Cleaning fee included in the price, this three bedroom home is all yours located between Lund and Powell River. Enjoy the huge yard for your pup and kiddos with lots of open space inside as well. The beach is a 5 minute walk away. There is a large deck where you can sip your coffee watch the sunrise and the wildlife passing by the orchard. There is a wood stove that can be lit for additional heat in the winter. I have this going on arrival on colder days. Just add a log and enjoy a glass of wine

Arbutus Cabin is situated amongst old growth fir and arbutus trees and is part of Quadra Island’s history. Despite a few improvements over the years, the cabin maintains its character reminiscent of its heritage. The Garden House

Our get-a-way is an oasis on a beautiful island, at the end of the road. We are very close to Fillongly Park with its beaches, views of nearby Hornby Island, and old growth trails along the creek. Our garden house is tucked behind the main house. It's surrounded by abundant landscape, woodland, a seasonal stream, and our horse pasture. The house and it's surroundings are private and peaceful. You may see the horses, a peacock, tree frogs and deer, but you won't see any traffic or crowds.

Horseshoe Cottage

Kick back and relax in a calm, stylish retreat. Biking, rivers, ocean, skiing & hiking are minutes away! Enjoy a park-like private guest house on a quiet no-thru road away from the hustle and bustle. You will be 10 minutes from Courtenay or the base of Mt. Washington in a central place in the beautiful Comox Valley. For a day of adventures, head to Campbell River, Cumberland or Comox. Say good morning to the friendly horse and pony, Cam & Cody while you enjoy your morning coffee on the patio.

The Port Suite was beautifully redesigned, combining the heritage of a 1946 home with modern touches of west coast lifestyle. Heather Cottage - Beautiful Wetland Views

Charming small cottage situated on the edge of wetlands with beautiful views. Private gazebo with covered firepit and a dock over looking the large pond. Located on our 5 acre free range egg farm in Merville, BC. The pond is home to a family of beavers, bald eagles, blue heron and various birds. Private walking trail off the cottage and access to the One Spot Trail at the end of our private drive. We are 20 mins from downtown Courtenay and 10 mins to the Mount Washington turn off.

Launch your kayak or paddle board steps from your front door and explore some of the most beautiful waterfront in the world. Hiking and mountain biking trails are minutes away or just relax and enjoy the incredible sunsets. Grocery store and restaurants are less than 10 minutes away.
