This luxurious, 3 bedroom beach house is a 2 minute walk to both the beach and Sawtell's main street, featuring cafe's, restaurants, boutique shops and cinema, bars and bakeries. Enjoy spacious, open planned-living. Lounge on the balcony with a coffee or champagne (depending on the time of day) and listen to the ocean. It is situated on a quiet street with a queen bedroom, well appointed bathroom, large open-plan living space and a private courtyard.
