We live on the property (so we're here if you need us) but you are 100 feet from us, way out in the backyard. (It's private!) Our location is perfect for your Maine vacation!

Nestled in the woods and on Adams Pond with new wood fired sauna! The cabin feels totally hidden away but is less than 10 minutes to Bridgton and Naples, hiking, beaches and restaurants. The woods are beautiful and peaceful and the pond is just down a mossy path. Great for couples or a weekend away. Large deck with grill and outdoor shower, firepit. There is a shared dock on the pond for swimming, fishing, or just enjoying the view as well as a canoe and 2 kayaks, and a paddle board.

This private space centrally located with an easy 2 miles to Dock Square- KPT, local beaches and Main St. Bring your kayak, canoe or paddle board and put them into the Kennebunk River 100 yards behind the house. You can paddle all the way to the ocean. Easy drive to Old Orchard Beach (FUN!) or Portland (YUM!) or stay local for great lobster, amazing ice cream, beaches, shops, hiking and much more!

This ground floor 3 bedroom unit can accommodate up to 7-8 person, offer a private access to the unit. There will be 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 full size bed and a pull out couch, full bath and a full kitchen (eat in kitchen). The place is about 4 minutes walking distance to the beach, about 6 minute walk to the train station, 8-10 minute to playland palace. A minute to a bus stop and one block to a convenient store.
