A newly renovated 1866 Victorian apartment set in the heart of South Cliff, a stones throw away from the Esplanade and South bay beach. A prime location for experiencing panoramic sea views and easy access to the Cleveland Way offering coastal walks, perfect for dogs. A hot spot for offering surrounding beauty and historical charm along with easy walking distance to the town centre, cafes, restaurants and shops.

Garden annex near Beach/Alpamare/Open Air Theatre.

The detached annexe is at the rear of our property. It has a lounge with a king size sofa bed, a single/twin room with a kitchenette and a shower room/WC. The sofabed was purchased new June 2026. There is space in the drive for one visitor car/storage for cycles in the garage. Unfortunately it does not have a cooker but there is a 2 ring electric portable electric hob, a microwave and a slow cooker. It will usually be possible to use the oven in the bungalow by arrangement.

Off-grid but with a plumbed shower! No mains electric; solar only. A cool box is provided instead of a fridge, plus fluffy dressing gowns & towels for extra comfort.

Prospective guests with impaired mobility should be aware that the apartment is on the 5th floor, and should evacuation be necessary due to fire, the only exit route is via the stairs.
