The large deck is perfect for BBQ’s and the outdoor area provides lots of space for kids to play. Matakana Village and Market are a flat 1km walk away. Private stand alone unit on our lifestyle property, seperate from house. The unit is well equipped with everything you need. Linen and towels are provided.

The property is all flat, with a rural outlook, complete with a sheep, fruit trees, and a private area to relax. Please note, it is not suitable for children, and there is 1 queen sized bed, with no room for any extra beds.
