Relax at our ocean front condo close to the best of Carolina Beach but far enough from the hustle to enjoy the quiet and amazing views! Walk south to enjoy shopping, restaurants, music and entertainment at our family friendly boardwalk. Or walk north to fish and grab a drink at the pier. Bring your bikes, golf cart, as well as beach and pool toys and store them in the unit’s garage. Pull out sofa bed in lvng room allows you to accommodate up to 4 guests. 3 blocks from the ocean and 1/2 block from the Carolina Beach Lake trail. Ample parking and private sun deck/shaded patio to wind down after the beach. Freshly renovated and decorated in March 22'. There's also a Keurig with a variety of coffee pods for your enjoyment. The queen sofa bed sleeps 2 comfortably. No pets are allowed.

The Tree House apartment is an 700+ sq ft private residence on the first floor of our house. It has a private entrance and parking for up to 2 vehicles, if more than 2 spots are needed please let us know. The apartment has a full size kitchen, dining area, and spacious living room. There is a king bed in the bedroom and shower/tub in the bathroom. This rental is located less than 5 minutes from Carolina Beach and is 15 minutes away from the beautiful and historic downtown, Wilmington.
