We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

This home was a perfect stay for our family for 4 nights! Major bonuses: - SO close to the beach - just a quick 2 minute walk. - Outdoor shower after long, sandy beach days was an absolute help! - Available beach chairs & wagon cart made everything much easier than bringing our own. So grateful for this! - Laundry units in the home was a huge plus and so convenient. - Large screened in porch was so peaceful and fun for games, meals or just hanging out! - Kitchen was clean and stocked with dishes and everything basic for cooking and eating. - Smart TV and lots of extra DVDs for kids - The entire home was clean and comfortable! Overall, the house was very comfortable and spacious. Clean! No bugs, no major issues. Kevin was very informative and helpful and quick to answer questions! 10/10 look forward to staying here again!

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's place. The location, at the far side of the island near the Morris Island lighthouse, was so nice. You could could get away from some of the craziness of the main stretch of Folly but it was a quick drive to get to all the restaurants. The proximity to the beach was incredible, and our kids really enjoyed being able to go back and forth from the house to the beach. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us. One of our best beach trips ever.

This home needs a little TLC. It's an older home w/a slight musty smell upon entering, my husband has severe allergies to mold & mildew, but he was unaffected, so it must not have been that bad. This home has some little quirks like the washer & dryer are outside in a garage (that area was very clean), the dishwasher is portable & needs to be hooked up to the sink & plugged in (we didn't use it since we mostly ate out) & you can't run the microwave & toaster oven at the same time. The box springs to the beds were old, but the mattresses were decent & comfortable. There is no theme as to the decor, which made it very interesting, with finding something different everyday. With all these little quirks, I am giving it a 5 Star due to the fact that it is a charming little home, was very clean, in a great neighborhood, has private parking, is very close to the beach & area attractions & Rachel was a very responsive host. We had a great time during our stay!

This place is absolutely charming—beautifully decorated, cozy, and well-equipped. The mattress and linens are incredibly comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. The location is perfect—just a short walk to a great beach and downtown, making it super convenient. The large backyard and inviting front porch sitting area add to the relaxing atmosphere. Kristen was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommend for a fantastic Folly Beach getaway!

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

Absolutely beautiful home in a quiet area of the island. Lots of space to spread out. One of the only a handful of homes on the island with a private pool that I could find. The host is fantastic! She was extremely responsive and informative. We can’t wait to come back!

Darling house - in a beautiful location with walking paths to take in the low country scenery - beach access is a short walk down the road and just a short drive to downtown Beaufort too. Allison is very accommodating. We throughly enjoyed our time at Fripps Island and would definitely go back.

Our family of 5 stayed at Rick’s place for a week for spring break and thoroughly enjoyed it. It was easy walking to the beach, very fun to play in the heated pool, biking to Coligny for food, playground. We did a cookout one night in the cabana by the pool. The kids loved the bunk bed. The easy indoor/outdoor living was a delight. The TVs and remotes worked great. I enjoyed going on runs in the morning on the beach or on the biking/walking trail across the street from the house. The house had everything we could want like a stool for our 3 year old to use the bathroom sink to plenty of pool toys, beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, etc. The house also came with a pass to Sea Pines which was an unexpected treat!

It is rare that the description and pics exceed the expectation. But this time it totally did! We found Mark’s place to be extremely comfortable and not lacking for much of anything. The location was perfect for day outings to the beach or a round of golf. Mark is a fantastic host! We had some minor issues due to a tropical storm and minor maintenance issues. Mark took the time to make a lengthy drive to make sure we were well taken care of. We will definitely return on our next trip to HH!

The home was beautiful. It was a very easy walk to the beach. The small pool was great for our grandkids. Loved the bike trails and easy walk to a playground. We had a great week!

This was our first time visiting Folly and we were not disappointed! Alison's home was just what we were looking for, beautiful clean home right in the heart of Folly. We would absolutely recommend this home; amazing location, everything you need inside, decorated so cute and the pool to top everything off! Can't wait to plan our next visit!

This house is very nice. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I do recommend bringing beach chairs and an umbrella with you for beach days unless you want to rent them. The pool area is nice and the pool is nicely heated. There is a large built in grill for all your cooking. We didn’t know where to get firewood but learned on our last day you can purchase it at Kroger. The outside bathroom is a great idea for kids. We did rent bikes but found this area of HHI to be a bit busy for biking. The beds are very comfortable and the tv in the living room is massive. Washer and dryer work good. Kitchen is lovely. Stove can be tricky to figure out. Overall nice place. Our friends renters a condo across the street so it was very convenient for everyone.

Michael’s home surpassed our expectations. Beautiful spacious kitchen to fit our family. Everyone was happy with their sleeping arrangements. Screened in heated pool was very nice. We made use of the outside barbecue and hot tub. There were games on the main level and a game room and work out bench on top floor. There was something for all ages. The beach was in walking distance and everything we needed for the beach was there. We used the beach chairs and umbrellas and the 2 wagon’s for the grandkids. Our family came to Hilton Head from 4 different states and we had the best vacation ever! We hope to come back again. Thank you Michael!

Value was great. Home was even nicer in person than in the pictures which was a welcome surprise! They really thought of everything to make you feel at home. Full dishes, pots and pans, AND kids dishes. Comfortable beds, amazing front/back porches, and a short walk to the beach. House was spotless upon check-in and communication was great - always proactive, and also quick to answer texts with quality information when we had questions about the area! Tons of beach stuff for the whole family was provided, books and toys for the little ones, as well. Overall it was a fantastic place to stay and great service from AvantStay. Can't wait to get back down there!

We had never been to Edisto Island it was very relaxing , beautiful surroundings , easy walk or bike ride to the beach ! Edisto is a great place to get away and relax. The house was comfortable and looked just like the pictures . If you’re looking to relax at the beach get away from your busy life , slow down , then Edisto is your place !

This was the perfect place for our girls weekend in IOP. Very convenient 5 minute walk from the beach and very close drive to Charleston and Mt. Pleasant. The space is even more beautiful in person with comfortable beds and linens as well. Lisa accommodated an early checkin and was responsive when asking about IOP conditions post Hurricane Debby! I definitely recommend staying here!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Pura Vida was great for us! I was traveling with two teenaged grandchildren and two of their friends, and my two year old grandson. There was plenty of room for everyone to be together or to have some space to themselves. Lots of options for everyone to do! Unfortunately (or fortunately) we never figured out how to use the tv effectively or the DVD player, but honestly, I think that was for the best! It’s a nice walk to the beach, and you can hear the ocean while hanging out in the yard or on the porch.

The house was Amazing ! Definitely a southern charmer . The beach is across the street and very close to the club that has pools and restaurant on the beach . This house includes the access cards which is a great value . The beds were very comfortable , upgraded appliances and beautiful decor . The front screened patio was amazing and we spent most of our time there . Great experience with all Seabrook staff and we would definitely rent again .

One of my favorite places I have ever stayed with AirBnB. Very clean, updated, and cozy. Slept 10 very comfy for my bachelor trip. Easily walkable to the beach and in easy driving range to food and stores. The only thing I wish I would’ve done differently is rent the golf cart! Neighbors were a bit noisy, but I didn’t mind. 10/10👍🏼

I rented Diane’s place for a sister weekend, and it was perfect! The neighborhood is very quiet (except for the ice cream truck that comes by twice a day!). Minutes to the beach, with lots of spaces to hang out (inside and outside), and a well-appointed kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for much more.
