Perfect stay for our son’s baseball tournament. Close to everything and a 5 min walk to the beach. A plus was they have everything you need for the beach including chairs and towels. Great memories made with our family. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved sunset dreams!! It’s small but the perfect size at the same time. Great location and walkable to so many things! Super cute inside as well and the dogs LOVED the yard. This place can’t be beat for the price. On the way home now and trying to hold back tears from how much I loved this place and the vacation.

My family and I had an amazing weekend at Jenni's place. She is an awesome host, very responsive. Her place is beautiful and looks just like the pictures. We felt at home, and we also enjoyed the pool. It is a very short drive to the beach. You can walk if you'd like. The location is perfect. If you are looking for a place to stay in Panama City, look no further. I highly recommend, 10/10.

House had everything we needed for our stay. Clean and spacious, beds are comfy. Backyard relaxing. Would rent again if we return to this area. Easy access and easy communication with host. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at Dustch's place! The apartment was impeccably clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home and so did our fur babies. Dutch was incredibly responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for exploring the beach. The apartment had everything we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. I would highly recommend this listing to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and well-located place to stay!

So Clean! Beautiful house, very private, so close to the beach! We had an amazing time! I looked at so many different places before choosing where to stay. I would highly recommend this house, lots of room, a 1 minute walk to the beach, and the private pool was so great! They allowed our dog to come with us, and there was a nice side yard of grass for him to explore while we hung out in the pool! Great parking spots included, fenced on both sides from the neighbors! Even though were were around other rentals, it felt like there was nobody near us! The neighborhood was very nice, and an extra plus was to have the gas store within walking distance when you forgot to bring sunscreen! Lisa was super helpful and very quick to respond! I will be using them again for sure!

Very clean place close to the beach. Loved the pool area that had the shallow part where the chairs could sit and you could just have your feet in. I’d stay here again.

This was my family’s first experience staying in a Airbnb at the beach, and it was great! The location was very convenient and the walk to the beach was super easy. Seth provides everything you could need from dishwasher pods to full kitchen needs and even an umbrella for the beach. We were very pleased with all the amenities provided. We would highly recommend this clean Airbnb, and will most likely revisit again one day in the future!

When you first walk in, you can smell the freshness and cleanliness. She is very proactive with our reservations and letting us know that the place was ready for us as soon as it was available. She communicated to us as soon as the front door keypad was running low on batteries and offered to get it taken care of within 30 minutes. Wonderful place and an excellent host! Our second time and it will definitely be our go to stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Our favorite part of this Airbnb was the outdoor shower and the beds were super comfortable. I loved the tanning chairs in the backyard too. The location was great because it was a quick walk to the beach and everything was close and easy to drive to. It felt like a very safe neighborhood and we felt relaxed and safe the entire time. I highly recommend this place for anyone who is looking for a relaxing and beautiful place to stay. Also, Sheila is very kind and she was quick to respond to any messages/questions that I had. Jeanne’s place is indeed a rare find, with an unbelievable back view that we enjoyed from the privacy of the living room and two different decks. The townhouse interior is serene, with a beautifully minimal beachy vibe. I especially appreciate it when a kitchen is furnished with stuff for people who actually cook—hard to tell from a listing—and Jeanne’s place is. And she was responsive and professional, with a just-right approach. We’re grateful for the chance to stay there, and we’ll definitely be back. Oh, and we’ll head two blocks over to Gene’s Oyster Bar first thing too, the perfect start to a delicious week in PC!

The Townhouse was Lovely. Perfect condition. Very clean. Love that it wasn't over decorated. It was simple, clean and of good quality. Furniture, bedding, linens all were very nice. We felt very comfortable. The rules & instructions may seem like a lot but we appreciated the care given to keeping the home in pristine condition and hope others will do the same.

First time at Blue Mountain. We wanted to try something other than the crowded Rosemary area. Loved the more laid back vibe. The house was the perfect set up for 6 adults and 5 kids under 7. Pool area perfect for our family! Very kid friendly yet private. Walkable to everything. Public beach is crowded so plan for that. And the public beach closest to house does not have a ramp so prepare for that too. We were very pleased with everything and had a great time!

We had a wonderful stay here, simple and straightforward. Access was a breeze and everything was as described, would recommend!

This place is exactly as described…I was looking for something close to the beach and not a hotel because we have a baby and pets. It accommodated our family perfectly(we forgot the baby’s pacifier when we went to the beach and my husband went to get it and it literally took 6 mins back and forth that’s how close it is to the beach. Everything is nearby and convenient. Alex and Anna were very welcoming and helpful! Can’t wait to come back!
