We are located on a quiet, dead-end street next to Deer Lake State Park. Our complex of 17 townhouses completed an exterior upgrade in 2021 with new paint and railings. The Seaside Pavilion is exactly 1.3 miles (7 min by bike) to the West, and The Hub on 30A is 3.4 miles (15 min by bike) to the East. This lovely studio features a fully equipped kitchen and a fold down couch that converts into a twin bed.
