It takes 25-30 minutes to get downtown most times of day. Taking the Metro bus into Seattle is also effective and takes about 45 minutes.

Well to our old home;) We loved living here during a recent renovation and are so excited to welcome guests to our newest listing! 10 min to the airport, 20 to Seattle, 30 to Tacoma it’s a great location for every destination! It’s the very spacious upper unit of this home with a smaller AirBnB downstairs. With two units atop one another we put special insulation and drywall in but peaceful cohabitation is a must :). Aside from outdoor space, the 2 units are completely separate.

The unit has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in during your stay. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper and a 55" smart tv. This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.
