This is a great cottage to stay. The residential area is safe and quiet; and close to shopping and restaurants on Magazine st and St. Charles. Luv uptown. Best area of New Orleans yet close enough to to the CBD and the Quarter... Julia is a great host.. considers all needs!

The stay at Adrianne 's property was perfect for our family. It was close to restaurants and easily accessible to all things "Austin." The amenities and extras supplied in the home were outstanding. We all felt right at home. Being only a short walk to the hiking/biking trails along the Colorado River fit the excercise needs of our health conscious family. Great trails with frequent water fountains. Adrianne is an outstanding, friendly and considerate host. If you are traveling to Austin, I recommend her property strongly. If back in Austin, we would surely stay again. Thank you Adrianne!

This is "The Place" if you're looking to do some sightseeing and relaxing in San Antonio! A cool house in a great neighborhood. Walked to a few restaurants and even down to the Riverwalk. Alamo is close. Kyle was a great host.

House was surprisingly spacious inside, well appointed and had everything we needed! Very close to the ferry going into the city which we took advantage of.

We loved Cathy's home. Check in was easy & the house was just as described on the listing. The beds were comfy, & our family had plenty of space . The community pool was a plus & the kids loved it. It was a quiet neighborhood and felt safe. Cathy was always quick to respond to any questions I had. I would recommend this listing to family & friends and we would stay here again on any future trips here.

The French Quarter Mansion is a wonderful place to stay. The accomodations are classic New Orleans charm with just the right amount of modern ammenities. The apartments are very unique have so much charm. I would highly recommend this place to anyone interested in staying in an old school charming flat with loads of character.

Great space but it smell pee when you come in

My wife and I have been traveling to New Orleans for Jazz Fest for over thirty years and I can say without hesitation that Kate and Robert’s house is our absolute favorite. It’s huge, clean, and beautifully decorated with a ton of character. It’s right by the fabulous Faubourg Marigny area with lots of great music venues and restaurants. There’s a market a block away for any grocery items you might need. And great AC, essential for New Orleans. My only hesitation in posting this rave review is that I don’t want it to be taken next time we visit! Five stars all the way!!

Very clean and comfortable stay. We had everything we needed to feel right at home. Location was perfect, as it was 15 minutes or less from everything we could possibly need. I really enjoyed the privacy of the guest bedroom. It has a door that blocks it off from the living area so that the guest bath and guest bed are separate. It almost feels like a second master.

The property matched the description perfectly. It is conveniently located near South Congress, with various restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops nearby. The house was spotless, and the neighborhood was easy to navigate. Previous reviews indicated that there were issues with roosters but no issues on my end .

Great place! Paula is a great host and the room was very nice. The room was comfortable, the kitchen was functional, the bathroom was clean, and the WiFi was great. Paula's place is in a quiet residential area and I highly recommend it!

Lilly is an amazing host! She is accommodating and always responded quickly to any questions we had. Her apartment was perfect for four of us and is in a great location with easy access to highways, shopping and Hermann Park, including the beautiful Japanese Gardens. Adama's place was a wonderful retreat and work space for my colleagues and myself. It was well furnished, comfortable, and charming, and in a peaceful location. We didn't have a car but enjoyed walking to restaurants, parks, and Tulane's campus. Adama was very responsive and dealt with a minor plumbing issue that arose immediately. He was also very kind when I needed a little extra time the morning we were leaving due to a health issue. I would recommend his place to anyone and look forward to a return visit before too long.
