Renovated two-floor house located in the lower part of the old town (Chora). The kitchen and bathroom facilities, along with the living room and one of the bedrooms are located on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are a sheltered bedroom and a shaded balcony. Ανακαινισμένο σπίτι 2 επιπέδων στον παραδοσιακό οικισμό της Κάτω Χώρας. The house is located in the quiet and picturesque village of Panagia. The village is located in the center of Serifos and is built amphitheatrically on a hill. The church of Panagia is the oldest and most important church of Serifos. Serifos maintains several hiking trails, one of them starts from Panagia towards the beach of Sykamia.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

Parking is available 100 meters away, with access to the house via a short 30-meter footpath.
