The cottage features a master bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a private carpeted loft with a queen-sized mattress. A double futon in the living room brings the total sleeping areas to 6. The kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, dishes and utensils, and the house also features a full bath. Guests can enjoy use of the picnic area, with a barbecue grill and fire pit. A crib and baby gate are also available if required.

We are one of Sewards Historic buildings and part of the Historic walking tour. This rental has been renovated to provide modern amenities, but we kept some of the historic charm. Small but quaint with queen bed, private bath, sitting area, kitchenette and outdoor area. Free Shuttle and walking path 1 block away.

Coho Cottage

Cute 1950’s cottage charmingly restored with antiques and nautical decor. It is perfect for two adults, good with a couple kids added or total of three adults but tight with 4 adults. Centrally located it is a 13 minute walk to downtown (.7 miles), 8 minute walk to the boat harbor (.5 miles), 5 minute walk to Two Lakes Park and a 2 minute walk to the gazebo on the lagoon. The fenced yard backs up to the mountain for added privacy.

Oceanfront Inn Duplex (Upstairs Suite)

A single private unit located upstairs in a two-story duplex. The suite includes two private bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a living/dining area with couch and table, and a full kitchen stocked with dishes and basic cookware. The bathroom includes a stand up shower, no bathtub. Each suite also features a private balcony with the best view in Seward! There’s a bathroom w/ shower and Fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, living room area with Smart 65 inch tv, and wifi. Covered deck off the front with a bbq and a fire pit.

Adorable cottage in the back yard of the local historic coffee house. This custom tiny home was built to take in the grand, south-facing views. Our cottage is in the perfect location in downtown Seward, but it's also privately situated in the backyard and is protected from tourist traffic. Every detail has been considered when putting together this artistic space, and we're excited to share it with you!
