This is a private basement studio (one room) with a bathroom, full kitchen, living space with a queen size pull out sofa and a queen bed. My place is a 5 minute walk to the Othello Light Rail, and from there you'll have easy access to all of Seattle without the hassle of parking or the cost of a car rental. You’ll love it here because it's comfortable and close to everything. My place is good for couples, a family with small children, and good friends who don't mind sharing close quarters.

The Atelier

The Atelier is a light and airy 400 SF studio with birchwood cathedral ceilings and skylights in a private backyard. A wonderful place for sleeping and dreaming! Sheer curtains cover the wide glass doors: see out but not in. No AC. Kitchen has a stovetop and microwave, coffeemakers and pots and pans. The bathroom features a walk-in shower with heated floor. Enjoy wifi, books, games, and a working turntable with LPs! Just outside, a comfy garden patio.

Private Garden Cottage

The cottage is a private, self-contained unit, featuring a well-stocked kitchenette, tiled shower, bedroom loft with french doors opening onto a deck, flat screen TV, DVD player, wifi, Bluetooth wireless speaker, and off street parking. Dog weight limit 25 pounds. Noise may be an issue for some due to airplanes. Stairs to the loft are steep. We are also located on a steep hill. We provide coffee/tea, juice, and some snacks. Everyone is welcome here.

My place is close to Seward Park and its beach, old growth forest, and trails, to several synagogues, and to Columbia City. You’ll love my place because of the location, the views of Lake Washington and Mount Rainier, the tranquility yet proximity to downtown--1/2 a block to the bus that goes to light rail. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids).
