The driveway is a shared driveway with a side property that is not accessible by guests. This is a private property where tenants reside and will use the shared driveway.

Surrounded by natural beauty, with parks and waterways on our doorstep and a 10 min. walk to Shorncliffe train station.

Our unit is airy, light and spacious. The unit has two entrances with easy access from the parking area which is off street. There is a gas bbq outside the kitchen. The kitchen is spacious with bar stools. The unit has a washing machine and a wash line on the verandah. The unit is not air conditioned but has ceiling fans. There is a dining table and tv lounge. The bedroom space has a queen size bed, a king single and a single. This is a non smoking unit but smoking outside is fine.
