Experience staying in an 18th century brewery which is part of the privately owned Lower Calbourne Mill, nestled in the village of Newbridge. Just 3 miles from Yarmouth and 4 miles from the beach, the listed brewery has a beautiful garden which is bordered by the river and the gentle trickle of the mill stream. A perfect escape, ideally placed for walkers and cyclists; the vaulted brewery living space has cosy sofas, a log burner, fully equipped kitchen and large dining table for entertaining.

Beautiful traditional stone house with natural garden visited by owls & red squirrels, no direct views of beach but 5 min walk awayto Brook Bay, well known for dinosaur fossil footprints. 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with double beds, 1 ensuite & one with bunk beds, There are 2 living rooms, kitchen diner, well stocked. Hidden Away Converted Barn Loft in Shorwell

Northcourt Farm is situated in a valley on the edge of chalk down land, surrounded by pastureland and Grade II Listed Parkland, because of its historic link to Northcourt Manor (privately owned). It's home to our horses, dogs and occasionally some sheep. There are just two dwellings on the farm, our farmhouse cottage and The Barn Flat. The Barn Flat would appeal to walkers and cyclists, having access to the Tennyson Trail, with several paths/bridleways running across our farmland.

Orchard Cottage

Converted from a former milking parlour in 199, Orchard has been hosting guests ever since. Perfect for families and guests with pets, Orchard is comfortable and well-equipped for a wonderful stay. Although Mattingley is no longer a working farm, we do keep some pedigree Jacob's sheep, alpacas and sometimes pigs. The farm is located in the rural West Wight with easy access to great walking, cycling and beaches.

Tapnell Manor @ Tapnell Farm

Big enough to sleep the largest of families but equally cosy and welcoming. Set between two working farms, with views to Tennyson Down and the Solent you will find yourself surrounded by natural beauty and breathtaking views. The farmhouse has 10 bedrooms: 6 doubles, 1 triple, 1 twin, 1 family room with a double and twin and 1 nursery with cot and put up single. There is also 4 sofa beds.
