Sunset Lodge - cosy cabin in the Surrey Hills

Newly refurbished Sunset Lodge is a private, self-contained cabin set within our peaceful 1.2 acre garden and surrounded by fields, nature and views. We are located in the heart of the Surrey Hills, between the pretty villages of Shalford and Bramley and in an ideal location for access to the historic towns of Guildford (3 miles) and Godalming (1.5 miles). There is an abundance of countryside around the area with many beautiful walks and cycling routes from the doorstep and within a short drive

The Cabin

Set in a peaceful rural location, 10 mins from the heart of Guildford, this wonderful little space affords totally self-contained comfort and privacy. We like to provide the extra touches to make you feel more at home during your stay… The Cabin is surrounded by trees & abundant wildlife. Awake to birdsong galore! Note to keen cyclists: great access to the North Downs link via the old railway line, practically on our doorstep. Lots of lovely places to eat & drink nearby. Happy to recommend.

Pooh Cottage

This one bedroom studio with kitchenette and separate shower room is on the site of E H Shepard's original art studio where he drew Winnie The Pooh and his other famous illustrations between the years of 1909 and 1928. Copies of Shepard's sketches are on display and his original wood burning stove, though no longer working, remains. The studio is in a quiet, gated location a few minutes walk from the village green with its store, cafe and local pubs. 15 minute drive to Guildford/Cranleigh.

The Chalet

Very private location set in the beautiful Surrey Hills. Open plan but very spacious with a fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer. Fenced garden so we accept a dog or 2 as long as they are well behaved. Shed available to store bikes safely overnight. We are perfectly situated for anyone wanting to walk/hike, mountain bike or road. There are an unbelievable amount of birds and wildlife here and around us so if your into photography..enjoy. Two pubs within reasonable walking distance.

A luxury barn conversion Bramley, near Guildford

The Piggery is an air conditioned cosy barn of 530sqft with exposed oak beams and flagstone floors that sleeps two people. Located in a small hamlet on the edge of Bramley village, within an area of great landscape value, just off the A281. It has easy access to numerous good pubs, walking and cycling in the beautiful countryside. The river Wey is a 5-minute walk from a footpath directly from our house. We have recently added a 2-person hot tub to the listing and air conditioning 😊

Walking distance to the village shop/pubs 7 mins across the garden and hill. Freezer in garage. Nespresso and pods.
