What an amazing little cottage. We loved our stay in Topeka. 5 star treatment all around and would recommend this little cottage to anyone who stays in Topeka.

Great place to stay and very comfortable beds. Kitchen was fantastic and had everything we needed to cook with. Would not hesitate to stay here again.

Derek's place was great for one night passing through town. The bed was super comfortable and the sound of the crickets and rain outside with the window open was perfect.

Really enjoyed the house. Was in the perfect location for what where we needed to be. Plenty of space and a very nice open layout. Would certainly recommend for a family.

I always stay at Gary's place when I am in Topeka. The location is great for my visit with family and I really like being close to the Shunga Trail. The pool table is also a very nice feature.

Overall good stay, beautiful house, lots of space and things to do. Perfect place for a friend-cation.

Great stay. Everything was super clean and organized. Check in and check out were seamless. Connor was great at communicating instructions and updates.

Brandie was wonderful with information and instructions and very courteous. The house was very comfortable and perfect for us and allowed for my family to be together easily in the main part of the home and still had private spaces for peace and quiet when needed. We are returning to Topeka in a couple months and wish it were available, we would absolutely select the home again! Thank you Brandie for being so kind to us.

Will absolutely be staying here again in the future. The place is easily accessible, quiet, and in a great walkable location. Beds were SO comfortable, it was hard to get up in the mornings. Two thumbs up

This was the perfect little getaway for the night for my daughter and I. It was so cozy and quiet and we had a blast playing all the available games. We both felt asleep watching movies on the giant couch it was so comfortable. Our hosts were very responsive and greeted us when we arrived and assured to reach out if we needed anything. Would definitely recommend and hope to be back!

Fernando’s place was exactly as described. Clean and comfortable beds. Provided all the necessary to make us feel at home. Very responsive, answer all my inquiries right away. I highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed this airbnb. It's cozy and comfortable and very conveniently located to downtown Lawrence. The kitchen worked well for a fair smount of cooking. Beds are comfirtabke and there is a nice bathroom. We needed help on a coiple of occasions and Fernando responded immediately. We would definitely stay here again.

Booking was incredibly easy and the host was very responsive from start to finish. The property is located just outside of town in the peaceful countryside, offering a relaxing overnight stay with the convenience of a quick return to town when needed. The area is spacious and well-kept, with a nice circle drive that made parking easy. We were traveling with our dogs, and they had plenty of room to roam. The nearby walking trail was perfect for a little outdoor time, and the presence of horses on the property added a charming, serene touch. One of the highlights of our stay was watching the gorgeous sunset—it was absolutely stunning and the perfect way to end the day. Highly recommend, a perfect stop to rest and recharge. We’d definitely stay again!

Julie's place was very clean and located in a nice quiet neighborhood. The instructions posted around the house were very helpful, and I like that she keeps costs low by ensuring guests keep the space nice. She was very responsive and made sure that I was comfortable and had everything I needed. This was a nice place for a quick stay in Lawrence!

Apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac so very quiet and sits right beside a beautiful walking path!! Our stay was just what we needed- family time! Super clean and decor I wished was at my house! We will definitely be back! Fernando was a very responsive host. 10/10
