Felt right at home with our pups. Was within walking distance to take them sight seeing. Ian was very responsive & helpful. Would def book again.

Paul’s place was the perfect retreat for our family of five. I appreciated the privacy and 24/7 gated security. Paul’s place had everything we needed for our stay, and Paul communicated with me right along the way. The amenities at the spa were great, and I enjoyed reading and drinking my coffee on the balcony. We recommend!

Our stay was excellent! The space was exactly like the photos and the layout was perfect for my family of 4 with my two children having their own room and bathroom. The view from the balcony was amazing and peaceful and the ability to easily walk down to the beach and pool were beyond convenient. (Cosmetic updates could be done however that’s my preference and it doesn’t take away from the stay or the beautiful view). The host was extremely responsive and very proactive with clear instructions for the entire process. It was a great stay for my entire family!

A very nice home, the pictures don’t do it justice it looks much nicer in person and the location is great with easy way to get to downtown Savannah in less then 30min.

A beautiful home with an awesome view! It was very relaxing and peaceful. I enjoyed the sounds of the birds and all of nature. The sun room and fireplace were wonderful! The master bedroom's mattress was super comfy. The master shower was awesome. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Eric was super nice and quick to respond when we wanted to add another day to our trip. If in the area, we would definitely stay here again! Thank you so much Eric!

We loved the home it was lovely. In my opinion the distance to the beach was an inconvenience. It’s a good walk for families with little kids or older retired adults. The golf cart was not accessible on one of the days and we didn’t get any communication about the situation until we were already at the beach. Driving was an option but even then the distance was long for my parents who are 80+. We still made memories and had a good time. The house was beautiful and very clean. Big enough for everyone to have their own space. My grandchildren loved the bunk beds 3-4 years of age. The hostess was wonderful. She was willing to help if needed.

Loved the stay! The villa is spacious with plenty of room for a family of 4; the kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans and utensils; the pool is just outside the villa. It is an easy bike ride to the beach or to Shelter Cove, plus an easy walk to bike rentals, Palmetto Dunes General Store and Palmetto Dunes recreation (golf club house, pickleball/tennis center). We would definitely rent again.

We had a lovely stay! The villa was perfect. Clean, very well-stocked, and nicely decorated. So nice that there were beach towels and beach furniture included! I loved sitting on the porch and watching the turtles in the pond. Super short walk to the beach. We were only there a few days, but I would have stayed longer if I could have! The resort complex is very well taken care of. Julie was incredibly responsive and helpful! Definitely recommend this villa :)
