The location is beautiful and peaceful. I was so happy I could see the stars from the front and the back patio. The apartment is pristine and have been beautifully and tastefully decorated. I need to be able to cook and they had exactly the right pots/pans/tools I needed. The beds were super comfy and the bedrooms cozy. Micah was responsive and helpful. I woukd 100% stay here again.

This is the cutest little Airbnb close enough to all the fun things you may want to do during your stay in Charlotte! We loved our time and hope to stay again!! Rene is a wonderful host too. Very responsive to messages sent, and easy to communicate with. She checks in often enough that you feel cared for, but not so often that it feels invasive — just the right balance. She makes the space homey & sets everything up so when you arrive and check in, it feels just like walking into a home away from home. It’s clean, spacious, and has everything you might need — even things for cooking all your meals from scratch!! We highly recommend this little spot.

Loch Norm Lair is beautiful and relaxing. Great neighborhood. Just the peaceful week we needed. Rick and Judy are extremely friendly. Rick loves to share his boat and will take you for a ride. We sat and talked with them on several occasions and shared a dinner at a restaurant. The place is well cared for and a great deal, very reasonable pricing. It was a shame the sailboat wasn't working, would have loved a ride. We are already talking about a return trip in warmer weather to fully enjoy the water. Thank you so much for the beautiful week. my only issue is I wish I could move in lol. This airbnb was one of my top 3 most spacious and also by far my favorite, by its layout and privacy and more. shower was spacious, only thing I'd add is a larger shower head like a rainfall shower head and curtains on the two windows. overall easily too favorite places ever on airbnb, just wish I could afford to move ing long term 😆.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The view was spectacular, the area was peaceful, and it was close to lots of things to do. The apartment was stocked with everything I needed for the stay. I enjoyed the decor and I felt comfortable and right at home when relaxing in the space. The hosts were friendly and responsive. I would stay here again.

I appreciated flexible check in as plans change. I also appreciate private stay area. Instructions are clear, everything labeled. Just a couple minute drive from restaurants.

They were very responsive when messaged. Great description of the area location and easy to get to local businesses and eateries. Five minutes from a coffee shop and Krispy Kreme!

The home was very nice and just like the pictures. The rooms were spacious and well-appointed. The kitchen was nice as well; however, the refrigerator was dirty, with crumbs and hair inside. Additionally, some of the pillows had hair on them.

We had a bowling tournament in the area and it was perfect for three people to stay. Very peaceful and safe!

The house is super cute. It was a short drive to downtown and has a park right next to it. It was the perfect place to stay while I was in town for an extended stay. Robyn was very helpful and flexible with my reimbursement requirements.

This is the one - if you searched this area and came across this property, rent it. We traveled with six adults and three kids, and it was perfect. Beautiful home, safe and quiet neighborhood. Loved that we stayed here!!

We had the most peaceful stay. My husband and I were there for work. I am also finishing my bachelor’s degree. Having the extra den/ bedroom was perfect for that. I bring my on portable desk so the private space was exactly what I needed. The entire place is was well equipped for all our needs. We highly recommend and hope to get to stay again in the future. Thanks for everything! You both were amazing hosts!

We ended getting there about an hour before schedule and Terry said we come earlier! Honestly we can’t wait to go back, house honestly felt just like home, we did not bring any of our pets but I love the whole pet friendly vibes, we will definitely be back as we have family here. Terry is really responsive! Thank you again for everything Terry!

Jenny and her home were exceptional. She was responsive and detailed in her instructions of home area, amenities and the overall experience was amazing. Close to many restaurants and easy to find and access the home.

The villa is so comfortable and nicely decorated. Beautiful location. We love sitting on the patio. Katie is so easy to work with. Highly recommend this villa. This is our second stay and we will definitely stay there again.

Kim's home was amazing! Fully stocked, very clean, and felt just like home. Kim was also very responsive and accommodating. I look forward to staying here again when visiting Davidson.

One of the best decisions we made on a recent trip to NC was staying for 3 nights at Desiree’s lakefront condo in Davidson. Located on an inlet of beautiful Lake Norman this 2-bedroom rental exceeded our expectations. Curbside parking and ground-level access made entering and exiting the property quick and easy. And the 2-bedroom arrangement allowed us to put our 4-year old granddaughter to bed early while we stayed up to take in the view of the harbor or watch our favorite shows on the large-screen TV in our bedroom. We also enjoyed eating breakfast on the back porch and cooling off in the nearby pool. We did not have the time to enjoy all of the amenities the rental offered, but we made good use of the kitchen (with dishwasher and utensils) and the washer-dryer. Desiree’s lakefront property was a wise investment and contributed significantly to our enjoyment during our stay. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone seeking a quiet, private, and relaxing retreat!

This was a fantastic stay. It was super clean and felt elegant yet welcoming. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed and the bed was super comfy. I would definitely stay here again. Jeremy was a very responsive and thoughtful host. This was an excellent home away from home!

From check in to check out, our stay was perfect. The mornings were peaceful, watching the sun rise off the lake and evenings enjoyable watching the sunset. Our son enjoyed spending his days fishing off the walking deck and the local wine bar was a must have. There was also plenty to do within a short 1 mile drive. Katie’s place was clean, well furnished, comfortable and made our holiday trip a great experience.

George was a great host. Even with a complication caused by the hurricanes, George was easy to get ahold of and work with to resolve the issue. I’d recommend his place and working through him anytime.
