Centrally located self-contained 40m2 open-plan studio, 1 QB, 1 foldout DB sofa in a quiet location (cot & single mattress/bedding avail on request). Cafes & award winning restaurants, shops and playgrounds are 10 minutes walk away. Dog beach close by. Smart TV & free play Arcade machine in your room, separate entrance; however share the same roof as our home. Bus stop at end of street takes you to train station or shops in 10 minutes.

Enjoy eating outdoors under the shade of tuart trees, looking out onto lush green grass. Shoaly is a simple beach house, with mod cons to make life that bit easier. For the kids, there's a trampoline, kids castle, huge lawn and most importantly, the classic "float on a rope" swing! Enjoy!
