Welcome to your hideaway studio on a quiet, forested lot, yet just a few minutes away from essential services and twenty minutes from downtown Seattle. You'll enjoy the entire studio with a queen bed, one bathroom, sitting area, and a kitchenette with a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. The studio is attached to our home and has a private entrance from the back yard. Take a stroll down our trail to McAleer Creek and enjoy the Overlook Deck with your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage.

Within walking distance to shops, and restaurants (.75 miles downhill - all uphill on the way back).

Marvelous Guest Suite Shoreline with Parking

Enjoy Shoreline while staying in our private guest suite! You will enjoy the privacy of this suite. There is a private entrance and reserved parking is within steps of your door. We are the main residents with the suite on the ground floor of our townhouse. It is a 5-10 min walk to the 185th Light rail station. (Refer to other details to note for specifics). We have a compact but spacious-feeling 1 bedroom apartment that accommodates 4 guests with the addition of a full-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
