Other times we take long walks, chat with those clamming or crabbing right off of the shore. Our favorite place for cocktails and live entertainment is just a 3 minute walk around the corner, The Snug Harbor. We hope you enjoy this little slice of paradise as much as we do!!! ***Please note that our condo is on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator.

The Otter Rock Surf Yurt overlooks the Devil's Punchbowl beach and an easy walk to Beverly beach, Mo's West Chowder & Seafood, Flying Dutchman Winery, Pura Vida Surf Shop, and Cliffside Coffee & Sweets. The Yurt is equipped with a full kitchen, bathroom and shower, gas heat stove, WiFi/TV, BBQ, and outdoor shower. BYOB - bring your own bedding, with two futons and oversize Paco Pads (firm), we recommend bringing extra blankets for padding and chilly coastal nights.

Siletz Riverhouse - We are Unique! Let's Talk!

Dock is unavailable! It's summer on Siletz River which can be fun, but with a caveat. Our dock is inaccessible and not available for guest use. Guests may still enjoy the house and deck, but without access to our dock or river from the house due to major floods in December and March ‘26. We are in the process of river bank reclamation, but it will not be completed by your requested dates. Also, we are a remote location without Internet, WiFi, or cell service, but offer peace and quiet instead.

Our small STUDIO “jewel box” condo looks out on to two merging, clear, fresh water creeks, sandy beaches, tide pools, layered cliffs, the Ghost Forest, and is surrounded by a national forest. It has: full kitchen, bath, queen bed, pull out twin trundle bed (best for kid but can sleep adult). It’s been full renovated to make it our dream getaway! A 1940's Beach Cottage located on the Salishan Bay in Lincoln City. A short walk and your toes are in the sand. The home features a cozy gas fireplace, new windows and laminate floors. The home is decorated in beach theme. Even on a gray day the large south facing windows bring in bright light. Hear the ocean at night with the window cracked open or sit outside on the deck having your morning coffee. Well behaved pets are welcome at $40.00 or enjoy the hot tub for $40.00.

The ocean view! That's what this property is all about. Sitting more than 150 feet above Beverly Beach with windows looking west, the views are incredible. With rolling waves and the possibility of spotting whales, this is the place! This is a house that we have recently purchased. The only thing that has remained in the house is the kitchen cabinets, stove, oven, and microwave. Everything else is new! The views are spectacular, that is what this house is about.

The Bear Creek Lodge, Otis, Oregon

The Bear Creek Lodge is a two-story rustic log house with a basement that backs up to National Forest with a good road access. 3 miles from Highway 18 in the Oregon Coastal Range. Our log house is very private and relaxing nestled in the woods. Drift creek falls is nearby to have a nature hike. We enjoy hiking/biking in the forest by day and family dinners/bbq's on the wrap around deck. Take time to relax and get cozy by the fire to top off the day.
