Kalabalık arkadaş grubuyla vakit geçirmek için harika bir yer. 4 katlı binada her şeyimiz mevcuttu, eksiksiz bir şekilde keyifle konakladık. Ferhat Bey son derece ilgiliydi ve yardımseverdi, bizimle çok güzel iletişim kurdu. Kendisine çok teşekkür ederiz. Havuzu kullanmak için yazın tekrar gelmek isteriz :)

Ömür Bey gayet ilgiliydi. Hatta bahçede mangal olduğunu kullanabileceğimizi de söyledi. Konaklamamızın ikinci günü mangal dahi yaptık. 3 aylık bebeğimle gittik. Herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

Fatma Hanım ve Refik Bey çok tatlı, cana yakın insanlar. Bizimle çok ilgilendiler, sorularımıza hemen yanıt verdiler. Köpekleri Karamel de dünya tatlısı bir köpek. Evi çok beğendik. Çok temiz ve düzenliydi. Dekorasyonu da çok güzeldi. Her köşede gülümsetecek güzel ayrıntılar vardı. Doğa içinde sakin, huzurlu iki gün geçirdik. Bizim için çok güzel bir deneyimdi. Tekrar gelmeyi çok isteriz. :)

Staying at Ahmet’s house was truly special. The location is perfect — peaceful and quiet, yet so close to everything you could want. It’s just a short, scenic walk down to the seaside, where you can catch a ferry to Bebek and soak in one of the city’s most charming neighborhoods. There’s a supermarket nearby for all your essentials, and the views from the house are absolutely breathtaking — especially at sunset. Don’t miss it; it’s pure magic. Conveniently, there’s also a bus stop right outside the gate that takes you directly to Üsküdar, from where you can easily catch a ferry or metro to Hagia Sophia and all the iconic landmarks. If you’re up for a more scenic and budget-friendly experience, I highly recommend taking the ferry from Küçüksu to Aşiyan, and then to Üsküdar. It’s a beautiful way to see the city from the water without spending much at all. Ahmet’s place offers calm, beauty, and easy access to everything —Highly recommended.

Nuray Hanım ve eşine çok teşekkür ederiz. Gemiden indiğimizden itibaren bizi çok sıcak karşıladılar sağ olsunlar. Geç bir saatte adaya varmamıza rağmen adayı tanıtıp çok ilgilendiler. Hem adaya gelişimizde hem de dönüşümüzde bize kolaylık sağladılar. Teras katında konakladık. Harika bir ev, harika bir manzara ve oldukça güvenli bir muhitti. Merkeze ve denize çok yakın olan bir evdi. Yeniden gelmeyi çok isteyerek evden ayrılıyoruz :)

Great place in cool neighborhood. Lots of coffee cafes, restaurants, shops,etc. and close to Taskim Square. Tram or walking to Galata, shopping or over to Asian side. Good size apartment. Plenty of grocery available and the street is quiet and quaint. Deniz and Derya were both very responsive hosts and great to work with. Would recommend

Very nice and friendly host! Easy check in and check out! Great location! Transport to the center - next to the apartment! If you are by car, you can park free. Many shops, restaurants and etc. And now the apartment - very clean and comfortable! Great balcony where you can sit and drink your coffee watching a great view of Istanbul! There is everything you need for a short or a long stay! Thank you very much!

Kısa süreli konaklama sonucu tecrübelerime dayanarak anlatım yapacağım. Her şeyden önce bina sağlamlığı; yapı zaten yeni, tüm tetkikleri yapılmış ve dönemin yönetmeliklerine uygun biçimde yapılmış. Can güvenliği açısından hiçbir tedirginlik yaşamadım. 24 ve 26 Nisan arası olan hiçbir artçıyı dahi hissetmedim konakladığım süreçte. Gündem harici daha genel konulara geçecek olursak öncelikle ilanda ne görüyorsanız evde bulacaklarınız aynısı hiçbir farkı yok gördüğünüze sahip oluyorsunuz. Temizlik açısından direkt 5 puan her yer tertemizdi banyo pırıl pırıldı ve o yoğun temizlik sonrası kalan "temiz" kokusu vardı her yerde. Tutacağınız ev 1 göz oda olabilir ancak 1 göz odada ihtiyaçlarınızdan da fazla seçenek/araç gereç konuşlandırılmış odaya. Isınma için de hem klima, hem yapay şömine hem de doğalgaz mevcut. Eğer kolay üşüyen biriyseniz merak etmeyin ev hemen sauna kovamını alabiliyor, çatı katı diye yalıtım korkunuz olmasın ısı kaybı olmuyor. Balkon da tam baharda kahve içmeye uygun

Die Wohnung war sehr schön und sauber in einer sehr guten Lage. Der Vermieter war sehr freundlich. Das Einzige Problem, das ich mit dieser Unterkunft hatte, war der Parkplatz. Aber trotzdem das ist sehr empfindlich.

Hassan was a gracious and prompt host. Made the stay perfect. When the earthquake happened he was immediately checking in on us. That really made it feel okay.

منطقة شيشلي وعثمان بيه من أجمل مناطق اسطنبول بوجود جميع الخدمات بها ومحطة المترو قريبه جدا وكذلك تقسيم محطة وحده فقط بالمترو وقريبه من مول جواهر ايضا محطة وحده GARO رجل جدا محترم ولم يقصر في اي طلب احتاجه وكانت رحلتي الى المطار في وقت متأخر من الليل سمح لي GARO انا وعائلتي ان اخرج من الشقه في وقت متأخر فله الشكر والتقدير على ما قدمه لنا وتعاونه معنا

The host was always responsive and easy to communicate. We liked how calm were the surroundings while it was easy to reach everything we needed by walking. The bathroom is worth renovating but we didn't mind it, and everything was spotless clean.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Istanbul, managed by Drew and the Alma Management team. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The apartment was just as described—clean, stylish, and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The location was also ideal, close to great restaurants and shops. What really stood out was the hospitality. Drew and his team were exceptional—responsive, helpful, and genuinely caring. Drew’s being a native English speaker made communication effortless, which was a huge plus. This was our first time choosing an Airbnb over a hotel in Istanbul, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Every detail was taken care of, and we felt completely supported throughout our stay. We’re leaving with beautiful memories and already looking forward to returning. I highly recommend this place and Alma’s team to anyone visiting Istanbul

Akın Bey her konuda çok yardımcı oldu. Evde rahat etmemiz için uğraştığını hissettik. Ev çok sıcak bi ortamdı, keyifliydi. Ev 9 kişilik gözüküyor ama iki kişinin uyuyacağı yer küçük bir L koltuk. Bizim için sıkıntı olmadı ama göz önünde bulundurulmalı.

This is our second time staying at dear Gülcan's villa. It will be our first choice for every trip to Istanbul from now on. We feel very comfortable in the villa as a family. After touring Istanbul all day long and returning to the villa, we entered a real paradise. There is a magnificent sea view and all the luxurious details have been considered. We loved the jacuzzi, sauna, and cinema room. We had a great time in the big garden. Hüseyin Bey helped us a lot to make us comfortable in the villa.
