The condo was beautiful and clean. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Beach chairs and toys were available, which was great for the kids. The pool was beautiful and clean and there is also a kiddie pool that the kids loved. There is a little market about 100 yards from the condo which was super convenient, they have most everything you would need. Joe was great. He had us call him a few days before the trip and gave us a run down of the place. Priscilla, the housekeeper, was also great. She had already had the master bedroom cleaned when we arrived around 1, so she let us go in and change for the pool while she finished cleaning the rest of the condo. You will have no regrets renting this place. 5 stars!

This location is excellent ..everything is near by ..the host is amazing ...thank you for everything its definitely worth it...I wiill be back again and again

We got there early and Sunny accommodated us. Sunny was great, responded promptly. The apartment was GREAT. Nearby everything. Lots of things to do and great Location. I would love to stay here again. WE lounge is attached to the building and that was a plus, we didn't have to go far for a late night eat and drinks(they also have hookah.

What a time! Menavia communicated at every stage of the stay, provided lovely suggestions and all amenities, including assisting me with car rental. Ever grateful for her guidance. & the garden😍✨ such a welcoming presentation of love and dedication. Will be returning every time I’m on the island for sure.

Great stay at Vera's place. The location in Maho can't be beat. Very convenient to restaurants, bars, the beach, airport, and even a supermarket. Easy to work with host and very flexible.

Excellent for solo travellers or couples. Small space but cute with all the basic necessities. Stove top, toaster oven, microwave and 2 mini fridges with dishes are provided. AC worked very well and easy to set and slept comfortably. Very private and safe space. As someone else mentioned about the steep climb to get there, not sure I would want to stay there without a car. I would consider myself and my wife above average fit and we found it a bit challenging but enjoyed the workout we got every morning going for a walk. There is a grocery store down the road and the Buccaneer Beach Bar was amazing. We booked this place because we wanted to extend our stay on the island. Melanie was always very quick to respond to any requests I had. Simone was there to greet us for an early check-in which we really appreciated. Thank you Melanie and Topper for your hospitality.

I had an amazing 8 days at this airbnb. The studio was just as described and very comfortable for solo travelers or couples. The location is perfect ! Close to so many attractions. Morgan Resort next door was for the win! Noah was always reachable within minutes of contact. I couldn't ask for a better host. Btw Simon, my cab driver who was recommended by Noah, was a win-win. I was able to do so many things because of his affordable prices. Thank you, Noah, and your team. I can't wait to return. St. Maarten is absolutely amazing.

Sin's place offered breathtaking views from both bedrooms and the living room. The place was beautiful and clean, especially the bathrooms and bedrooms. At check-in, the hostess greeted us with a smile and sent someone with us to ensure a smooth entry into the unit. The condo is located in a gated community which is only accessible through a remote control operated gate to enter and exit the property. Very peaceful and pleasant place to stay. I highly recommend Sin's place.

I have fallen in love with Saint Maarten, but it is the people that make this place special, and Vidya and Dirk have that true island sprit. Their generosity and kindness, their recommendations is something I truly appreciate. They are always willingly to help make our stay special and also make us feel like family. I can honestly say, I have made some new friends. The Condo was outstanding for us and we are planning to go back next year. The condo complex is located right on the beach and is on one of the best beaches, Simpson Bay. The unit it self is located near the back of the complex and has beautiful views of the ocean, the pool and also at the back of the unit, is the Airport Runway. I never get tried of watching the planes come and go. It just feels like home and we so enjoying meeting people from the complex also, I felt like we just fit in perfectly. So without a doubt, I would highly recommend this listing, but not on the weeks that I want to stay there. :)

We had a great stay at Villa Flagrantia. Nada's instructions were clear and easy to follow. The villa looked just like the photos, and we really appreciated how private and peaceful the space was. The bedrooms were cozy, and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of pots, dishes, and other essentials, which made cooking easy. It was also super convenient to have a washer and dryer available, along with laundry supplies provided. One suggestion: the bathroom could use a bit of an upgrade. The tub is quite slippery and could be hazardous without extra grip or support. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend the villa!

Our stay was amazing! Props to the property manager, he was always there to help and responded super quick to any questions or concerns. Place was beautiful, although the pool was tiny it wasn't a huge deal. Only downside was that, during our stay, a mirror fell off the wall in the middle of the night and slightly shattered due to no fault of our own. My guess is it was hanging on something that broke... we were still asked to pay for the damages even though it was on them to better secure it to the wall. Other than that, great place and host! :)

I absolutely enjoyed my stay ! The Host Ginny was amazing! Ursula the house keeper took good care of us . She made sure we had everything we needed ! The house was beautiful !! And the views were breathtaking !!!! I didn’t want to leave ! We will be back ! Thank you for everything Ginny ! This house is definitely a jewel !

This place was even better than expected! Very modern/updated room with king bed and full kitchen/bath. The kitchen was stocked with essential cooking materials and everything was so clean and organized. The grounds were amazing. Right on a large sandy beach with many chairs and umbrellas readily available for the day. As many fresh towels as you’d like. The pool was right around the corner with two large hot tubs which were nice when we got caught out in a passing rain shower. There were grills available for use and a nice fire pit. Easy free parking on site. Quick walk to multiple restaurants and even a little market across the street for essentials. The only draw backs were the time share fee which you just need to be aware of and the fact that this unit is not ocean view, but otherwise a wonderful spot for an island getaway.

We had a lovely stay at Jolanda's. A quiet neighbourhood. The only thing that let it down was the buzz of electricy outside which meant sitting on the balcony wasn't relaxing..but we fully appreciate that this was out of her control. The apartment was great and the bed super comfy for a lovely night sleep. I cannot recommend Jolanda highly enough for her communication and assistance. Would definitely stay again. Thank you

We had the honor of renting John’s place to celebrate a girls 40th birthday trip. The location was a perfect mix of walkable to restaurants/bars/beach and felt secluded on the beautiful back porch and pool with an amazing view. We stayed in and watched movies two nights even, because it felt like home! Loved how it had character and felt familiar, and John was extremely great at corresponding and giving us awesome recommendations. I hope to go back!!! After exploring other neighborhoods driving around, we realized this was a right choice. Having live entertainment so close at the red piano was a big plus too!! Thanks, John!!!

Espectacular apto en un sitio q ahora se encuentra algo afectado por la construcción del hotel en el complejo, pero no afecta para nada la estadía y los servicios . Seguro volveremos a este sitio espectacular.

Nous avons été enchantés par notre (trop court) séjour au Sapphire. Surpris (et bien heureux) d'avoir obtenu un de leurs condos rénové et super bien aménagé (# 230), mais aussi d'y trouver un programme d'activités et d'animation autour de la piscine. Je recommande également un massage par Dee (son salon de soins est sur place); elle est excellente thérapeute et super gentille (comme tout le personnel avec qui nous avons eu affaire, d'ailleurs). La plage du club est petite, mais il est facile de marcher par la route vers Cupecoy (pour les couchers de soleil) et même jusqu'à Maho (pour voir les avions aterrir au-dessus de vos têtes!). Marchés et restaurants sont également à distance de marche. Je recommande donc le Sapphire Beach Club Resort sans hésitation.

Sergei's property was wonderful! every spacious and truly had everything I needed to make my family's stay easy and comfortable.

Even better the 2nd time around. Vincent and team are great - communication is excellent. Couldn’t ask for a better place to spend a week!
