Pirica’s room was born in 2017. Is a new, cozy suite with an amazing bathroom and outside terrace with a stunning view to Atlantic ocean and Sintra mountain. Is set in the heart of picturesque village of Penedo * This suite is independent of our house, what allows to our guests have more privacy * In 2024 we decided to renovate and improve the interior space and also do a completely make over of all the house exterior spaces. We offer a peaceful and well decorated space, with lots of history!

Fontanelas village is located in a 2min drive (1,2Km), where there are several restaurants, cafes, minimarket and pharmacy. The beach is located in a 3min (2,2Km) drive and Sintra center, 18min (10,9Km).

The container unit is private only for you. Its entrance is via the the subroom. No hay vecindad más allá de los pájaros. Máximo 2 adultos y 2 niños.

The studio includes a private bathroom with a shower and free toiletries. In the well-fitted kitchenette guests will find a stovetop, a refrigerator, kitchenware and a microwave. The studio provides a private entrance, a tea and coffee maker and a seating area. The studio has a king-size double bed.
