'The Annex' is a two minute walk from Porthleven village in a secluded location. The Cornish fishing village is bustling with activity. It is a 'foodies heaven' with a range of eateries to cater for all tastes and budgets. There are 4 pubs in the village all within a 5 minute walk. Lovely art galleries. Renovated to a very high standard. King Size bed with modern fitted kitchen. Fridge, microwave, toaster and kettle. Ensuite shower room. Outside seating area which is a real sun trap.

The Pinewood Cabin gives a camping experience with the comforts of home. The cabin has been decorated using recycled products and mismatched design giving it a comfortable feel, an ideal place to stay for those seeking a more natural setting. Our newly fitted log burner gives a traditional and cosy feel allowing comfortable winter stays. There is also the opportunity to meet our permanent residents of horses, goats, sheep, geese, ducks, chickens, pigs and our lovely mule called 'Cookie'.

The Rookery is a cosy self-contained space, perfect for couples. Located on the South-West Cornwall coast, it’s within 2 miles of beautiful beaches at Rinsey & Praa & minutes from Perranuthno, Kennegy, Prussia & Porthleven; known for its surfing, restaurants, pubs, harbour & as a fabulous winter storm-watching location. Located at the foot of Tregonning Hill, in an area of outstanding natural beauty, stunning coastal walks are on the doorstep. 1 small, well behaved, dog is very welcome!

Mazal House Studio.

Mazal Studio is a self contained annex, with a double bedroom with shower, separate WC and basin and a basic kitchen/utility room. Although there are no facilities to cook as such there is a small microwave oven and fridge for your convenience, you are more than welcome to bring food in. We are situated a short distance from Helston town centre and are very close to Coronation Park and the Boating Lake. Lidl is a 2 minute walk away, as is the beautiful Penrose walk down to Loe Bar.

If you’re looking for a quiet corner of Cornwall, where you can hear the sound of waves from your bed and drink tea from your sun-drenched terrace, this is the place for you. The beautiful shepherds hut at Higher Merther Farm offers a unique escape to the Cornish countryside. Hidden away in its own well stocked private gardens on our 28 acre farmstead, with wonderful, unspoilt views over the valley across to Tregonning Hill. A warm welcome awaits. The generous sized shepherd hut is appox 17' x 7' and well equipped to provide a comfortable stay for two: furnished with an oak framed, king size bed with deep, luxury British made mattress.

You will find Baileys Little House in the heart of Cornwall. The historic town of Helston is a 5 minute drive away. There is easy access to beaches, the quaint fishing village of Porthleven is nearby while Falmouth and St Ives are a short drive away. Baileys Little House is a small converted barn with all the comforts you would expect while on holiday. It is open plan living with a separate wet room and a cobbled courtyard exclusively for your stay.
