Our group of 4 adults and 1 child enjoyed our 3 night stay between Christmas & New Year's. Everyone in the group commented on how comfortable the beds were, and how beautiful the river view was. We particularly enjoyed the wood-fired hot tub amenity. The little desk nook in the bedroom was perfect for coloring, and building LEGO. We really appreciated that the cabin was dog friendly too.

We've been staying at Julie's and Peter's place/s for close to 15 years now. They are unsurpassed in the quality of attention to detail, added amenities, and communication when it comes to vacation homes. We woke up this morning and I said, "They did it again. We walk in, we settle, and we feel like home." We don't ever feel this comfortable anywhere else, and frankly, don't want to return home. My husband thought about going out to buy a kite, and I said, "I bet there's one here." There were two! Plus, the West Beach walks with the views in every direction at this location are something else. Thank you for sharing your magic, Julie and Peter - our kids have practically grown up vacationing on Whidbey thanks to you.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful home near Anacortes. The location is truly unbeatable—perched in a quiet spot with stunning views that made every morning feel magical. The house itself was spotless, thoughtfully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing vacation. Our host was incredibly easy to work with—responsive, friendly, and accommodating from start to finish. I can’t recommend this place highly enough and would return in a heartbeat!

This home is clean, cozy, and quiet, but the views are what really set it apart. Truly gorgeous!

I can truly say this was one of the best experiences I’ve had an an AirBnB 1. Zeeny was super responsive and even offered to rebook us because of the snow. We’re a bunch of nerds and made it work cause we were excited. Her neighbor was so incredibly kind and had plowed the drive way and did their best to make sure those that could make it up the hill could. 2. The space was clean and warm and inviting. 3. I cannot stress this enough, the views from this house are immaculate. The water was so gorgeous and reflected everything. The drive down to the house was just beautiful. 4. Zeeny was super accommodating and let us stay late and check in early. Overall. Zeeny and her house are gorgeous and I cannot recommend this place. I cannot wait for our next vacation here. It was such a great experience.

Our family celebrated the holiday at Big Lake. It was a beautiful peaceful location. The house was well furnished- comfortable beds and all linens and towels felt brand new. The views from every floor were amazing- enjoyed a cup of coffee on the comfy couch’s each morning. Thank you Juliet for your responsive communication- you were so kind and helpful. Will be recommending this place to our friends and family- can’t wait to return in the summer time!

The place is spectacular and is kept pristine, we absolutely loved our time here and would be back in a heartbeat. Dean is great and mentions the jets just know they are there and present on a daily bases and can be quite loud. However nothing beats a cup of coffee looking over the beach and watching the bunnies in the yard.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable space. The house is located about an hour from Diablo Lake, which was the perfect spot to stargaze at night. We would recommend this location to others!
