A generous living space, dining area, kitchenette and shower room downstairs, an upstairs loft (via ladder) has 2 very comfy mattresses and a view into the sky (Northern Lights?). The location is central to all sights in the South, detailed day trip information is provided. Perfect for 2 people, unobstructed views onto volcano Hekla and the open landscape. Fell cottage

Stay at Fell cottage on the golden circle. Close by are some of Iceland's most amazing places to visit like waterfall Faxi and Gullfoss, Geysir, Langjökull glacier, Brúarhlöð and many others. The cottage stands alone on a beautiful sightseeing platform with views of Tungufljót river and mountains all around. With stunning cliffs around back. Hiking trails are all around the cottage and if you are up for it take a great hike up to the lake on top of the mountain. We welcome you at Fell cottage.

Perfect for Northern light watching in the Jacuzzi and convenient for further south coast exploring and sightseeing.

Secret Cabin Hvítárdalur

Perfect stay for exploring south Iceland and enjoy nature and the northern lights in winter. Beautiful cabin by the river Hvítá in a prime location in the Golden Circle. Near Gullfoss and Geysir and only 100 km to the capital city Reykjavík. The cabin can accommodate 2-4 persons. One bedroom with beds for two people. In the living room there is a pull-out sofa for two persons. The kitchen is fully stocked. The bathroom has a shower and the laundry room has a washing machine and a dryer.

Tranquility - a nice cottage in south of Iceland

This is a wonderful summerhouse which we built for our family in 2020. Parking and charging electric cars is free! This is a 2-bedroom house with a living room/kitchen with big windows and a great view. The sofa in the living room doubles as a sleeping sofa if needed. Outside we have a big porch where you can relax and enjoy the view and barbecue on our grill. PLEASE NOTE: We do not accept requests for rental if you are travelling with children under the age of 10 years old.

This Unique Summer House was finished in 2010. This location is in one of the best vacation areas in the country. It is in the middle of the famous Golden Circle Route. The house was built to reflect the Icelandic landscape and complement the small vegetation of moss and trees in the old lava-field. Our newly renovated cottage is in the centre of the golden circle overlooking the Tungufljót river. There are spectacular views of the surrounding mountains and glaciers from the house. The house is a perfect base from which to explore the fantastic sights the golden circle and the surrounding area has to offer. All the main attractions such as Geysir (less than 10 mins drive), Gullfoss (under 20 min) and Thingvellir (about 40 min) are easy to get to from the cottage.

The house is located between Vík and Reykjavík. It is 90 km. from Reykjavík. It is popular to go on a day trip to Seljalandsfoss, the black beach, Dyrahólaey and Vík. People also take a day trip to Jökulsárlón.
