The Knotty Pine was a super cozy, well-appointed space. Jenn thought of every detail anyone would need to feel comfortable. The linens and beds were top-notch. The shower was one we wanted to linger in. We were able to find any item we needed, big or small, in the kitchen. There were abundant great places, both inside and outside, to sit and relax. The neighborhood was quiet, and we had a 5-minute walk to the beach. I’ve stayed at countless Airbnbs, and this one is on the top of the list.

First time renting an Airbnb, and I was pleasantly surprised at how seamless the transaction was! The house is beautiful and on the water, so we had a great time sitting on the back porch. The house looks exactly as pictured. The hosts, Stephanie and Gurjit were wonderful! As a bonus this is close to the I10, so easy to get around the city.

Amazing location, close to lots of great places to eat. Also this end of the beach was super quiet and was very peaceful to walk at all times of the day. Very short drive to casinos and night life activities. The beds were very comfy and the pillows are amazing. Very roomy rooms and incredible backyard for the dogs. Amazing location and was incredible home feeling. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again.

Great place, super comfy for my friend and I. We were in town for French Quarter Fest and it’s hard to imagine a better location. Anne was great, very responsive and helpful, including good transportation tips and loaning us lawn chairs for the festival. Back patio was a great place for morning coffee and to relax after the fest. Definitely one of my best Airbnb experiences ever!

Our stay was perfect and Sabrina was incredibly responsive and even accommodated a late check-out for us as we had a later flight. The place was spacious, very clean and was perfect for visiting our son at Tulane but was also close to restaurants, streetcar and Audubon park. We would definitely stay here again and really loved the place and appreciated Sabrina's communication and flexibility.

This was such a wonderful home and place to stay! We had both of our mothers travel in with us for the Christmas holiday and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The location is perfect - so close to the beach, shopping and the casinos. The house was so clean and had everything we needed and a great backyard for our dogs. Would definitely recommend and would look to stay here again the next time we’re in Biloxi.

Kurt and Esmeralda’s home was just as it was described. It was ideal for keeping our children entertained with the pool and outdoor seating area. It was clean, welcoming and Kurt was amazing with communication. Since this was a family trip it was great to be only 5mins from family and having a space where we could gather. Clean and comfortable stay. Would recommend their home and stay there again when out in Ocean Springs.

This was an amazing stay in Ponchatoula, the house was very well stocked, we lacked for nothing during our stay, the layout of the house is great for a large family or multi family stay, the pool was still a little chilly when we went but invigorating and the enclosed screen was great barrier against mosquitoes and such, not many pool toys/floats so bring some if that’s your thing. Very clean and well maintained home. It’s situated in a nice residential area, super quiet and very private, a mere 5 min drive into town with shops, restaurants, museums ,grocery stores …etc. My only complaint would be that it’s a very late check in , 4 pm, and an early checkout, 10 am, just felt a bit rushed or slighted on time rented. Otherwise fantastic place, 100% recommend. Host/s are fast responders. Thank you 🙏

Perfect mini getaway from Memphis! The house was clean, adorable, and cozy! We really loved the pool and the backyard! The beach is just right down the road, along with some really great restaurants!

Prime location off Fretet st. Get place for walking entertainment and night life. Property has a nice pool and great outdoor lounging. The host is very responsive and has done a get job at making sure the place has all of the amenities that one could wish for in an airbnb. Felt more at home than other rentals i have had because literally everything there. Bonus - Massive amount of board games!

A group of us had to attend a conference in NOLA and this place served to be the perfect spot that accommodated our group! We rented a car and the house was an easy 7 min drive from the convention center. It is located in a quiet area, and was extremely clean, and stocked with every essential we could have needed. The heated pool was definitely the highlight and served as a nice relaxation area after a long day of networking and conferencing!

Rachel & Brad were AMAZING! From allowing us to check-in early to having snacks and champagne for us when we arrived made them our BEST hostess yet!! Their response time was AMAZING! Always responded in a timely manner with whatever we needed and they had KUERIG COFFEE!! I would highly recommend them if you are staying in New Orleans, they even gave us a list of things to do and let us know about the French Quarter Fest that was happening!! Thank you Rachel & Brad for your hospitality!! You deserve more than 5 stars!

Such an awesome place to stay! Fantastic responsive host who got me everything I wanted and knew the local area. Extremely friendly and professional. The place was super quiet. Much of the nearby town has train noise but not here. It was a few miles outside of town, super peaceful, in a great nature setting near a pond. Outdoor seating available. My best stay anywhere. Super comfortable bed as well. Highly recommend!

Mandie was a wonderful & responsive host! Such a great little private and safe spot in New Orleans. We will 100% stay here again in the future.

I rented the place for my Nephew and his wife. They were in town from Charleston SC. She just absolutely loved the place. Went on and on about how cute the house was. Plus I know the attorney that lives next door. I will definitely rent it again when needed.

Alicia's place was very clean and comfortable. New linens and comfy memory foam beds. Very short walk to Canal St streetcar. My only caution is that the bathroom and bedrooms are on the second floor with a steep staircase. We don't have any mobility troubles, but the stairs might be difficult for some folks.

it's a very comfortable stay. I needed it just to sleep for 2 nights, but it was so clean and comfortable that I almost regret not spending more time relaxing in there.

Staying at David’s properties is always a pleasure!! I know that I can expect to walk into a comfortable space equipped with the things I need. Everywhere I have stayed has been just like the pictures if not better! From booking till check out, he is informative and easy to reach if needed. Will definitely stay again.
