Charming Little House in Piran (with Free Parking)

Small summer house built on a beautiful property overlooking the bay of Piran. Less than a 5-minute walk to the beach, to Piran's city center, the nearest supermarket, and the main bus stop. The summer house features a kitchenette and a very small bathroom. A small air conditioning device was installed in 2024. One parking space is available for free in front of the main house. The Piran city tourist tax (3,13€ per adult person per night) is already included in the price.

It has only a few tourist capacities, so it remains still a normal living village. The village is surrounded by vineyards and olive orchards.

Our majestic terrace will give you the opportunity to sunbath, dine and have a nice glass of wine while watching the sunset in the Adriatic Sea. The beach is in 5 minute walking distance from our location. All the nice bars and best restaurants are located at the seafront, a few steps from our apartment.
