One on the main level or simply walk down external stairs to a large undercover deck. The perfect location for couples to escape the grind, unwind, relax & enjoy the serenity that The Lake House has to offer.

Our house is absolute waterfront on a huge private block with incredible views of Smiths Lake. Expect daily visits by native birds and find yourself nestled happily by the lake but only minutes away from surf beaches including Seal Rocks, Cellito's, Bluey's, Boomerang & Elizabeth beaches. NO HIDDEN FEES: our rate includes linen, cleaning, parking for 2 cars & 1 boat & use of our kayaks. Your dog is welcome too at no extra charge. Whenever possible I offer an early check-in & late check-out.

Becker 94 is just 400 metes away from One Mile Beach. There are also other surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-15 minute drive. Smiths Lake is a coastal village approximately 3.5 hours north of Sydney within the beautiful Great Lakes District. Smiths Lake which surrounds the village is separated from the ocean by Sandbar Beach, a secluded and pristine beach There are many surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-10 minutes drive - Blueys, Boomerang and Celito surf beaches just to name a few. For the naturalists there is the secluded Shelleys Beach.

Bowarra Farmstay on the Manning River

Bowarra is an 85 hectare biodynamic beef farm 12 minutes from Wingham and 30 mins from Taree, Saltwater and Old Bar beach. Bounded by the Manning river and Burrell Creek guests have access to plenty of freshwater activities. The house offers a peaceful and secluded stay complete with inside fire and outdoor fire pit. You are welcome to interact with us and our cows, pigs, goats, ducks and chickens. Pets permitted by request.
