This 800+ square foot condo is one of the largest 1 bedrooms on the property. It's the ideal mountain getaway, with access to the Solitude Club which includes: hot tub, heated swimming pool, workout, game and movie rooms. Within walking distance to four eating/drinking establishments and the best snow on earth! For summer stays, we have added two A/C units.

Nearby activities include skiing, biking, Park City Mountain, Main Street, and delicious restaurants. This location puts you close enough to enjoy all activities while enjoying a peaceful stay in our beautiful condo.

Inside the unit there is a Designated Workspace with High Speed WiFi making this a great option for remote workers. There's a full Kitchen that comes fully stocked w/ cookware, utensils, coffee, and kitchen essentials. Great location within Draper offering quick access to I-15 and many main key attractions in the area.

In the summer, this unit is a prime location for hiking and mountain biking trails. The condo complex also has tennis and pickleball courts and bbq grills.

Alternatively, you can catch the Wilbur Chair with a walk across the road or the UTA bus to Alta with stop at the entrance to the Lodge. Powder days are the best! Be on the mountain when the lifts open! An economical slopeside stay not to be missed.
