Die Unterkunft von Martine ist einfach super! Martine ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - sehr offen und sehr hilfsbereit, man fühlt sich wie daheim. Die Unterkunft selber ist sehr groß und hat alle Annehmlichkeiten: elektrische Fensterheber, sehr gute Matratzen von hart bis weich, Kaffeemaschine, viele Steckdosen und Föhn, sehr viele Handtücher, viele Sitzgelegenheiten etc. Am schönsten ist die Galerie oben und die Einrichtung. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut, man kann für 2-3 Euro an den Strand von la Marsa fahren und dort gibt es ganz viele Restaurants. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder gerne wohnen!

Staying in this incredible house was a wonderful experience. The location is excellent, the rooms are clean and spacious, and the kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary utensils. Beyond that, the host, Dr. Nidhal, is an exceptionally busy person yet always available to assist guests, going above and beyond expectations. His hospitality truly enhances the stay. Although I’m not familiar with golf, I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant and inspiring atmosphere surrounding the villa. Without a doubt, an outstanding experience 5/5!

Good and clean house. Everything looks well kept. The outdoors is beautiful with flowers. We enjoyed the pool a lot. You need a car to get around. There is a staircase in the house that may be difficult with the toddlers.

Måste vara det bästa boendet vi varit på. Stort, rymligt och fräscht. Poolen är fantastisk. Har en jättemysig utesittning och en tennisplan. Huset är lika bra inne som ute och ligger i ett bra och central område nära till mycket. Värden var väldigt tillmötesgående och flexibel och hjälpte oss med mycket. Rekommenderar starkt!

My experience with Raouf was 10/10 on every aspect, it matches perfectly the description and even better when you're personally there, very comfy and cosy atmosphere and decorations, his mom was extremely friendly and welcoming, both were extremely responsive to every question and request. I'd definitely come back if I ever would like to spend a night in the area without any doubt.

The property was beautiful, even better than the pictures! Alinda was very flexible and accommodating, the service we received from check-in to check-out was top tier, definitely a place I’d recommend especially for the hospitality and kindness of the hosts! We will be back!

logement très agréable. conforme à l'annonce. Calme car voie sans issue. Des petites attentions à notre arrivée permettent de se restaurer et désaltérer en arrivant. hôte très réactif lorsque nous n'avons pas eu d'eau chaude. la piscine est très agréable et bien chauffée. Possibilité de se rendre en ville à 5 min de marche où l'on retrouve magasins et restaurants. J'y retournerai sans problème. la literie est peut-être à revoir.

큰 침대가 있는 방 두개에 개인 화장실이 있고 주방 및 세탁기는 공용공간에 있습니다. 방 안에 냉장고랑 전자레인지는 있어요! 근처 바닷가 따라서 식당이나 카페가 많고 시디 부 사이드까지는 걸어서 40분정도 걸리는데 오르막이 있어 값싼 택시 이용을 추천드립니다. 날씨가 조금만 더 따뜻했더라면 바다에서 수영하기 정말 좋아보였어요! 주인 아주머니도 너무 친절하고 정원이 정말 이쁘며 옥상 뷰가 정말 아름다워요. 가성비 좋은 숙소로 추천드립니더

La propreté du studio était irréprochable. Mr Hichem était très à l’écoute. Il répondait rapidement à toutes nos questions et il s’est montré disponible tout au long de notre séjour. À refaire 🩷

Hele fijne werkplek, heel prive, en erg groot, in de villawijk van Carthage tussen de ambassades. Met citroen en sinaasappelboom in de tuin. Ik vond het een rustige en goede uitvalsbasis voor de stad. Ik had bij vragen snel contact gehad met de host. Het is geen nieuw gebouw.. Als ik weer een paar dagen zou willen werken en ontspannen in Tunesie zou ik hier graag weer verblijven, ook om de lieve hond weer te aaien. ps: Het is in de buurt van het presidentiele paleis. Toen ik aankwam werd ik uitgebreid ondervraagd door de politiepost en militairen daar. ik zou iedereen adviseren om niet helemaal naar het huis te navigeren maar om de hoek uit te stappen bij het tankstation.

Excellent accueil. Amir est très prévenant et fait tout pour que le séjour se passe au mieux. Ce (tout) petit studio, très bien équipé, est situé dans le meilleur quartier de La Marsa, à 50 m de la plage et à quelques minutes à pied de tous les commerces.

Très belle maison , très propre , très bon accueil , merci beaucoup , je recommande cette maison.

Coup de cœur total ! L’appartement est vraiment trop mignon, décoré avec goût, calme et très bien situé, à deux pas de la mer. Et que dire de la propriétaire ? Une personne exceptionnelle, chaleureuse et attentionnée. Un vrai bonheur d’avoir séjourné ici. Je recommande les yeux fermés ! ❤️

Logement conforme à la description.. Appartement très propre. Hôte sympathique et très réactif qui a répondu favorablement à nos demandes.

Ende April 2025 habe ich mit meiner Familie (2 Erwachsene und 2 kleine Kinder) 5 Nächte in der Unterkunft verbracht und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist groß und wie beschrieben ausgestattet. Es gibt neben dem Balkon 2 Terrassen und im Eingangsbereich des Innenhofs ein Waschbecken, wo man Sand von den Füßen abspülen kann. Youssef ist ein freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, der schnell auf „Schwierigkeiten“ ( wir hatten ein Problem mit der Waschmaschine) reagiert und Lösungen findet. Ich empfehle die Unterkunft. Viele Grüße an Youssef und vielleicht bis zum nächsten Mal

One of the most beautiful places I've ever stayed. The photos don't do it justice – it's really spacious and the decor is adventurous and tasteful throughout. The location is pretty much as good as it gets in the heart of Sidi Bou Said. Bustling once you step outside but very peaceful indoors and in the two gardens (inner courtyard and pool area). We had an issue with the pool which was resolved during the day while we were sightseeing. Split between a few friends, this place is surely better value than a hotel in the area offering a similar level of accommodation.

L’hôte a été très réactive , la maison est très jolie et lumineuse avec une belle terrasse, c’était un séjour très sympathique Dans un environnement au calme Cependant, il manque quelques finitions et rangements pour que la maison soit parfaite. Quelques placards avec du désordre, une pièce avec beaucoup de fournitures de Travaux, Il manque aussi d’équipement électroménager comme un lave-vaisselle pour le prix auquel nous payons. La literie et les oreillers aussi sont à améliorer je pense 😊 Sinon il manquait aussi des torchons et des serviettes mais l’hôte a été très réactive pour nous en procurer, merci beaucoup pour leur service !

Franchement au top très bien accueillis accessibles maisons très clean franchement a recommander vraiment 5 étoiles sans réfléchir ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt! Es war alles wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben, möchte ich die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Küche, sowie die Schlafzimmer. Man braucht nichts weiteres zu besorgen. Alles ist zentral und gut zu Fuß oder Taxi zu erreichen. Zudem steht ein Parkplatz im Haus zur Verfügung, falls man ein Auto hat. Wir werden diese Unterkunft wieder buchen und bedanken uns für die Gastfreundschaft der gesamten Familie! Diese Unterkunft wird wärmstens von uns empfohlen. LG :)

J’ai passé un magnifique séjour chez Sofiane, la maison est bien propre. L’endroit est sécurisé rien à dire la maison est bien chauffée. Sofiane, un hôte très gentil, il est toujours là en cas de besoin, je recommande fortement la maison

Nous sommes revenus un an après et la maison est toujours aussi formidable. L'intérieur comme l'extérieur sont vraiment parfait. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur accueil :)
