Lemon Stream runs through the property and you can go fishing and explore the 3 acre woodland. Our animals include sheep, chickens & rabbits. You will have full access to all areas of the farm! Spend time fishing or relaxing on the river. Or literally just sitting on the porch unwinding and taking it all in. 4 private bedrooms have stunning views surrounded by trees or fields. And if the Chef is available..EAT!!!

Fully equipped kitchen makes life easy with gas stove, fridge, microwave and dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer in the bathroom. Quaint, convenient neighborhood walking distance to UMF and downtown Farmington. Franklin Memorial Hospital is a short drive. Sugarloaf and Rangeley areas are 45 minutes. WIFI and smart TVs. (No cable.) Washer/Dryer with detergent available. Great place to stay for exploring Maine or a visit with your family and friends.

Come relax with the whole family at this peaceful place and enjoy the grounds which are bordered by trees, offering privacy from neighbors. Snowmobile from this home. Hiking, fishing, hunting, rafting all within a short drive. Woodstove is not for rental use!!! NO PETS ALLOWED: There is a fine of $250 if pets are brought without permission

Come getaway at our waterfront house located in Hartland Maine. This is a perfect spot to unwind and enjoy the peaceful water while relaxing and having fun with your friends and family . A 30 min drive to downtown Waterville where you can find shopping and dining places for the whole family . Enjoy fishing , swimming and more right outside your door . The house also has a boat launch and dock for your boat if you choose to bring one. We hope you enjoy staying at our home.
