Inside, you'll find a spacious bedroom featuring a luxurious California king bed and ample closet storage. Large widows for natural light (curtains are on all windows for privacy) . For additional sleeping space, the cozy living room includes a convenient pullout queen bed from the comfortable couch.

We live in a quiet South Austin neighborhood with easy access to major roads, the airport, and downtown. We're two miles from Interstate 35 and State Highway 71, five miles from Bergstrom Airport, and six miles from downtown and the Austin Convention Center. We're less than a block from the #311 bus route and half a mile from the #7 bus route.

Welcome to Blue Ranch Suite! Luxurious guest suite located in a quiet South Austin neighborhood. The perfect little getaway spot, whether visiting Austin for its many attractions or for work. Blue Ranch Studio has a king size bed, sleeper sofa, and trundle bed to sleep a total of 4people comfortably. Our tiny home is designed to help our guests have the full tiny home experience, without giving up any of the amenities. Welcome to a serene piece of the country right in Southwest Austin! This private (detached) apartment is a little piece of heaven with it's own private yard where you can enjoy the sounds of nature, birdwatch and sometimes even catch a glimpse of the neighborhood herd of deer. This is an ideal location - just 15 minutes into Austin proper and an easy daytrip to the beautiful Texas hill country. Come for time in Austin or make it a home base as you explore the hill country!

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place in the Brodie Springs neighborhood. The quaint home is on a beautiful, brick home-lined street, enveloped by trees and walking trails. The Greenbelt walking trail starts down the block on Squirrel Hollow and can be taken all the way to the Wildflower Center. Convenient 15 minute drive to downtown, shopping at Circle C or Sunset Valley. Space comes with one bike for you to use to ride around the neighborhood :)
