Black Swan Cottage provides a unique opportunity for people who wish to experience living in Tasmania in such a beautiful location that Kingston Beach has to offer. The cottage is set on the riverbanks of Browns River with a very sunny aspect overlooking the Kingston Beach Golf Course with beautiful views of Mount Wellington. When you walk through the front gate you feel a tranquil calmness come over you when you see the river flowing past the garden with ducks and swans paddling in the water.

Part of our brief to the architects was to design a part of the home where our guests could have complete privacy and feel spoilt . It has become a sanctuary for many people . Recently our local renowned Interior Designer has visited the apartment . The result is spectacular and calming . Quality furniture is enhanced by soft furnishings from Adairs. Luxury B&B accommodation in newly renovated 1890's cottage on the waterfront in historic Battery Point. 5 minutes walk to the heart of Battery Point and 10 minutes to Salamanca Place. Occupies an internal block with on-site off-street car parking. This re-built cottage was featured on Grand Designs Australia and can be viewed on their web page as the 'Battery Point Glass House'. Two en-suite bedrooms have hydronic wall heaters and the kitchen/living room has a gas fireplace and a river view.
