Restaurants, shopping, hiking trails, bike trails, ski resorts and major sites like Hill Air Force Base, the air museum, dinosaur park, Snow Basin ski resort, Lagoon, Antelope Island and the Great Salt Lake. It’s only 25 minutes from downtown Salt Lake. It’s just a great location for work or play. For added security, there are security cameras located outside to monitor the entrance & lighted parking area

Our (shrinking) family lives on the main floors and you will stay in the 1500 square foot daylight basement apartment with separate entrance. You will have complete privacy, but also the peace of mind knowing the owners are nearby.

Come stay in our cozy basement unit! We re did the bedrooms in July 2025! We are just up the road from Historic Downtown Ogden, only 5 min from iFly Utah, 5 min from Weber State University, 15 min from Hill Air Force Base and the Northrop facilities. Close to many hiking and biking trails, as well as lakes and reservoirs. If you love skiing as much as we do you can get to 12 ski resorts in under 1.5 hours with the closest being only 30 min away. You’ll have a private entrance to the downstairs

For water sports we have a reservoir and two rivers that offer kayaking, fishing, tubing, or swimming within a 20 min drive.
