It features a porcelain tile floor, modern-style furniture, GE appliances, granite countertops, and a 42" HD TV. Renters can enjoy a pool and hot tub. There are elevators in the building and laundry facilities right down the hallway. Four beds: 1 queen bed, a pull-out sofa bed (large twin sleeper), and a pull-out single bed (from the loveseat).

This beautiful home is just steps from the grocery store, the popular Grapevine Café, great local restaurants, and of course, the BEACH! Recently renovated, it features fantastic outdoor living spaces, a barbecue area, and a relaxing hot tub.
