The Shepherd's Hut, at Spring House Farm, is an 8' x 18' spacious, light and airy bespoke crafted traditional hut benefitting from modern day comforts. With a super private setting, looking west to Mam Tor, it has a wood burning stove, en-suite bathroom, a kitchenette area (with kettle, toaster, microwave & slow-cooker) plus terrace area with BBQ & garden furniture. It offers excellent Wi-Fi, TV and DVD. The hut is a 15 mins walk along lanes to the pretty & historic village of Castleton.

This shepherd's hut, situated on a working farm, sleeps two people in a king size bed with separate shower room. A welcome pack is included and parking on site. Sorry no dogs as this is a working sheep farm. The Higger Tor Shepherds Hut is sister to the Stanage Edge Shepherd's Hut making this an ideal site for two couples to holiday together.

They are Swedish-standard log cabins set at top of long steep garden with own patio, separate entrance, amazing views and walk to main house where kitchen, bathroom and lounge situated. No disabled access and can be slippery in wet weather, best for fit sustainable-living types as near greenhouse, veg-patch with wild berries, soft fruits and lovely garden. Fast internet, desk and lots of privacy.
