Delightful Beach retreat for you to relax just, one hour south of Perth. It has 4 double bedrooms which easily sleeps 8 adults and more if you utilise the sofa bed. All bed linen and bath towels are provided. Multiple areas where you can relax and unwind. Front porch to watch the kangaroos at night or rear entertainment deck with BBQ and undercover area at rear. Our Family Holiday home, not a new hotel, but we love it! 6 min walk to the beach. Please note we do not accept Schoolies bookings.

Our little piece of paradise is looking forward to you relaxing and enjoying the house and surrounds. During Summer mosquitos can be an issue. We supply repellant but recommend you bring some. There's plenty of space to relax out the back or down by the river can read a good book, swim or if you're lucky, watch some dolphins! A jigsaw to complete or a board game to challenge the family!. Fish in the river. Kayak up or down river. Walk to the Ravo for a Pub Meal! Go for relaxing walks.

When you stay at Magnolia Cottage, Dwellingup you will find a Mid-Century cottage which retains its rustic charm but has been revitalized and extended with a huge kitchen, large outdoor covered entertainment area, renovated modern bathroom, and 2 toilets. Your baseline booking provides for 3 bedrooms, sleeping up to 6. The 4th King Bedroom is available UPON REQUEST, for an additional booking fee, providing for up to 8 guests. Couples, solo adventurers, and families, positioned between the beach and the estuary this house is the perfect location for swimming, surfing, fishing, crabbing and relaxing. Just a 5 minute walk to the estuary or a 10 minute walk to the beach. Equipment for all the activities are available. Visitors can meet Peter and Liz next door if they wish and learn about the best restaurants, walking trails and fishing spots as there is no dividing fence.
