With everything going on in the world right now, it was very refreshing to have a host like Nona. She is always available and responds to my requests in a timely manner. The building is located in a safe area as well. I look forward to staying at this property on my next trip. Thank you for everything Nona:)

L'emplacement est idéal, proche des commodités et des transports. Cyril a été un hôte très accueillant et réactif, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. This stay is a great. Deal worth every penny. The host has made amends to past comments from other guests. This place will be worth your money and time . I highly recommend.

The service recieved was great and they respond very quickly to possible requests. Rooms are clean and outside of circumstances outside the owners control, the internet works quite well.

Agréablement surpris du confort et des équipements. Je me croyais chez moi en Europe. Tout est pensé pour avoir tout à porté de main. La déco est agréable. Tout est propre et les finitions au dessus de ce qu’on peut trouver au Cameroun. Le seul hic c’est qu’il est un peu éloigné de l’axe principal , à 11min à pied du rond point maeture. Mais l’ensemble vaut le coup. Je recommande et je reviendrai certainement.

The apartment is beautiful. What I call understated elegance. Sabine and her family are great hosts, very responsive, and attentive to details. It is as described, hot water, AC, Washing Machine, Internet, Cable all there as described. The personnel is warm and friendly. The neighborhood is calm. We were there for 24 days during the holiday season and there was only one really loud party, but we couldn't even hear it from inside the apartment. And by the way NOT ONE SINGLE POWER OUTAGE. Not once did we lose power. NOT ONE SINGLE WATER OUTAGE. Not once did we not have water. If you care about those kinda things, you will be in good hands. For those who like pools, there is a pool; it comes in very handy after a sweaty day in the Douala heat. Once a week, a cleaning crew came in to clean the apartment as well. That was pretty cool. They come in Tuesday or Thursday; you decide which day works for you, but you have to be on premise. They were very courteous and friendly. The location says Bonapriso, it's really New Bell, but fear not, the neighborhood is safe and there is 24 hours security on the premise. You won't even be able to tell. The good thing is you can also walk to any of the hot spots in Bonapriso. I did my grocery shopping at Casino, it's a 10 minute walk. There are a bunch of bars, cabarets, and clubs, and restaurants (Le Senat, Opium, Havana Room, XO...) in bonapriso, from the apartment, you're close to all of them, if you want to walk (I prefer to walk). When we were there, they were building a paved road, and as of January 13th they're still building that road. The apartments are a little walk away from the main street, which would be Rue Koloko or the next block over Rue Njo Njo, but we didn't have any issues walking there day or night. The only thing is, it is Douala and it is VERY VERY VERY HOT, so be prepared (I walked around with a towel because I sweat so much). At night there are a bunch of security guards there manning the different homes in the neighborhood, and during the day a bunch of construction workers are building the road. They were very friendly and even funny. Overall we had an amazing stay at T-residence. It is a place that I highly recommend and I'll probably stay at again when coming to Douala.

Would highly recommend this place if you are visiting Limbe for business or pleasure. Easy to find visually, but it takes a further 5 minutes to drive there with the assistance of the host, Prosper, who along with Anette could not have been more helpful. One small gripe was the kitchen sink water pressure was too low. Nothing else to say other than look at the pictures, they do not lie. we will be back soon and we already this morning, shared the place with our friends at Tiko Golf ⛳️ club.
