You will feel right at “home on The Comstock” in this cozy cottage.

This brand new modern single-family home is the perfect place to relax and unwind. With its spacious rooms, private backyard, and modern amenities, you'll feel right at home. The main floor features an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area with ample space to entertain guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, has an Espresso Machine and a breakfast bar. There's also a cozy living room and a large TV. The master bedroom has its own private bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in closet.

The Tiki House is just two doors down from her Sister property The Pirate House. The large 3 BR (plus bonus room) 3 1/2 bath can accommodate up to 8 people. Located at the bustling Sparks Marina with Casinos, Restaurants, the Legends mall, Imax, Wild Island amusement park and many other attractions just minutes walk out your back door. Fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding, walking/jogging path dog park and amazing views of the Sierras are just a few more bonuses found just outside your back door!

It includes an IMAX theatre, escape rooms, a brand new casino & more. If you plan to visit Lake Tahoe, freeway access is only a 5-minute drive away. Enjoy the quiet neighborhood as you relax under the gazebo in your private backyard. You will surely feel at home here.

Prosser Dam Paradise- Close to town and reservoir

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful home on Prosser Dam Rd. Located minutes from Prosser Reservoir and a short distance to downtown Truckee, this 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home has all the space you need for a wonderful stay. 6 guests are included in the price of the reservation. There are two sleeper sofas and the house can accommodate up to 8 guests. Guests 7 and 8 would be $50 per night per guest. Pets are allowed for a negotiable fee $$ depending on how many nights and how many pets!

Imagine waking up in a comfortable King bed & feeling heated floors as you step barefoot into the ensuite bathroom. Gazing out from the luxurious shower, you take in views of snow-capped mountains. Feeling refreshed, you head downstairs to the familiar smell of a tasty cup of coffee by the fireplace. After coffee, you slip into the bubbling Hot Tub while being entertained by a game of Ping-Pong. In the evening, you fire up the BBQ for a delicious dinner, followed by leisurely game of Pool.

Our charming home is located in a quiet neighborhood conveniently near Downtown Sparks and just a mile off Highway 80. While our home is welcome to all traveling guests, please note this is a cozy home for travelers only. Unfortunately, we do not host to local residents of the Reno/Sparks area.

You’re invited to experience our Sweet Little Desert Oasis right in the heart of the Historic Comstock Gold District (15 minutes from Virginia City). This separate home is very private and in a quiet location. Ready to accommodate 2 adults (no children please). It is completely renovated with clean, neat furnishings, a fully stocked kitchen, and bathroom. Sleep on a comfortable queen sized bed under a homemade quilt.
