It includes a washing/drying machine in one of the bathrooms. All furnishings are elegant and modern and there are 3 bathrooms, one of which has a bath tub (whirlpool bath). Op de begane grond bevindt zich een woonkamer met een volledig uitgeruste keuken, terwijl er op de eerste verdieping 4 slaapkamers zijn, elk met airconditioning, tv en een eigen badkamer.
