The Strawberry Guesthouse was clean and very charming. The property is serene and beautifully decorated. As a host, Joseph is attentive and effortless to coordinate with. I must schedule a longer reservation next time! I will be back!

The house was amazing. The beds were great!! Not cheap mattresses. The rooms were large and the kitchen was well appointed. We were there for a beach weekend with our children and grandchildren It was a fantastic weekend.

First time renting through Airbnb. House was just what I expected to see, clean and pleasantly decorated. The yard was mowed and fence was secure for our dog. Veronica was very nice and helpful. It even worked out for us to add a day to our stay when we got to Florida a day early. There were extra blankets, towels and the kitchen was well equipped. The house was the ideal size for my husband and I. Plenty of room for my dog to play. I was very happy with my stay.

This home is awesome, roomy, clean, the fenced in yard was awesome for the dogs! My favorite spot in the whole place was the back porch!! Cara is the best host I've ever had, she was great for restaurant advice, my neck was pretty messed up when we got there, asked her for a suggestion on a massage therapist, she hooked me up!! Very knowledgeable of the area! Thank you Cara, we had a blast.

The house was festive. There is a lot of shade around the house. There are plants on the porch and outdoors that are well tended to. The house was in a nice neighborhood, so we walked a bit. There is a park with a beach not far away. We felt secure inside and out. The back yard was secure for our dog to run about a bit. All the amenities are as listed.

We would recommend this listing. It was very clean. There were extra blankets, pillows and towels. Though we only used this for sleeping, due to our busy itinerary, it was stocked with extras like dishes and pots and pans and even spices to help prepare meals in. Chelsea sent a quick text every day to check on us with excellent communication. There were a few snack size bags of chips and cold bottles of water upon our arrival for a nice extra touch. The street noise is on the living room side, not the bedrooms. It was perfect for our needs.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this charming Airbnb. The pictures accurately depicted the space, making it feel like a cozy haven away from home. The modern and spacious interiors were a delight. Patrick, our host, was incredibly responsive and helpful, always promptly responding to my messages. If you’re seeking a comfortable and affordable alternative to overpriced hotels near downtown Tampa, we highly recommend this place. It’s conveniently located just a 15-20 minute drive from all the major attractions in the city. The location is simply unparalleled! We truly appreciate your hospitality and look forward to booking again in the near future.

This was the perfect location for our family reunion in Tampa! The backyard was an added bonus as we bought the family dog. We loved sitting out there at night looking at the stars in downtown Tampa! Everyone was comfortable here. Thank you, DAVID!

Really enjoyed Nik's place. House is big and with huge backyard and enclosed porch. Big rooms with ample space. Pool was very nice and so was hot tub setting. Wish we could have had time to organize a barbeque in the yard. Distance from Beaches quite good. It was a bit further than I expected from downtown Tampa, but that was not Nik's fault; we thought that 30 minutes' drive to University of Tampa was ok, but after doing it several times it got a bit tiring (mostly because traffic during holidays). Overall, Nik's place was very nice, and we all felt "at home" as soon as we walked in the door. I addition, response to our questions was fast, and hosts were extremely gracious in accommodating our special request during our stay; they did not have to, but they did, and that really appreciated. Great hosts.

This was our first time using airbnb. House was just as described. Loved the pool and hot tub. Location of the home was close to everything from beaches to resturants and stores. Neighborhood was very quiet . We would def stay here again.

Aaron and Stephanie were very good at communicating with us! The house was an older home with a lot of charm but in good shape. All amenities and features were just as described. Would definitely stay here again!

We were blown away by how beautiful and clean the house and pool were! The yard and firepit were nice too! Felt right at home and comfortable as soon as we walked in. I would highly recommend staying here. It had everything we needed, and was a perfect fit for our family!

The house was absolutely gorgeous. It was just the right amount of space for my wife and I. The pool was great and the gas grill was super easy to use for some quick steaks. Communication was top tier. 10/10 They made sure if we needed anything we can contact them. Response time was phenomenal. The instructions for everything were clear and concise even with some reminders on certain days (trash pick up etc). Location is great. There’s a park nearby with a nice bay view and some good local eats. We hope to come back again next year. Great hosts.

The place is as described. Pool area was fantastic. Could use more silverware. Close to the beach. restaurants and stores.

We arrived at night days late due to flight cancellations from home weather. Ashley and Josh were very understanding and welcoming. They were responsive and kind throughout our stay. Their daughter showed our kids around the property and shared her toys, making everyone feel welcome. The back house was comfortable, clean, and well stocked. The area is beautiful and we felt very safe with our small children. We enjoyed walks to feed the cows, playing with the dogs, finding frogs, watching lizard play, listening to birds, dipping out feet in the pool, and collecting eggs from the chickens. The location was convenient for getting to many locations in and around Tampa.

Cara was a great host, easy and quick to respond with any questions! We had a group of ten girls for a bachelorette and had plenty of space. The mattresses were all extremely comfortable, lots of pillows for comfortable sleeping. I did sleep in the room with the full beds and was a bit disappointed there were no shades and the curtain was clear therefore letting a lot of light in and being up early with the sun. I would suggest bringing an eye mask. The outdoor space was very spacious, great couch/table to hang out in the shade, or lounge in the sun on one of the lounge chairs. My only issue would be that the pool was very dirty when we arrived Thursday. I did message the host to let them know, the pool cleaner did not show up until 5pm Friday, at this time we were finished with the pool. Even after he “cleaned” it it was still quite dirty with the same sand and leaves at the bottom. it was overall a great stay I would highly recommend! Also great spot if you have kids, lots of games!

Great, private location in Homosassa. Easily walkable to McRae's, the Monkey Bar and a few other spots. The house is as described on AirBnB. It is spacious and comfortable. Susan is a great and quick responding host!

We traveled across the state just for a long weekend, and stayed at Donna‘s place. From the moment we got there until the moment we left, we were comfortable and very satisfied. This house is fully equipped with everything you need for a stay whether it’s a long weekend or a longer time. It’s immaculate. The neighborhood is very quiet. We would definitely come back. And where it says 2 miles to beaches is very accurate, plus anything you need to go to the beach is provided for your stay.

Christina is a fantastic host. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. She even gave me fresh eggs from her chickens and drove me to and from the airport as I was not renting a car. I was able to get around easily on her beach cruiser biicycle going to nearby restaurants and shops and about a ten to twelve minute ride to the beach. It was so peaceful and quiet and the hot tub was wonderful!

We only had a couple of days here bolted on at the end of a hectic week of Cheer competitions at the world champs. Great place to wind down before heading home. Sadie’s house is in a fantastic neighbourhood, quiet, yet close to the beach. It is also perfect for just staying in, using the patio and pool to relax and chat with family. Would recommend.

Before our arrival Lysette texted us all the information we needed. Unfortunately due to Hurricane Helene we couldn't come. Lysette kept us updated on the current situation so we could decide whether its safe. Cancellation was easy and Lysette was very understanding.

This charming house on Peggy Drive in Holiday, FL is everything our host, Milton, promised it would be. We easily entered the home and found it to be clean, comfortable, and cozy. Milton is the perfect host. Every contact with him was timely and helpful. The fenced backyard was important for us because we had our fourteen year old mini-golden-doodle with us. She especially approved of the screened lanai we used every morning. We are serious coffee drinkers and the Keurig coffee machine with a drawer full of pod choices was a delight. The neighborhood on Peggy Drive is friendly and inviting. We saw folks walking and riding bikes, and children playing. Stores of all types are easily accessible. We took short trips to Target, TJ Maxx, The Home Goods Store, and several other of our favorites. Restaurants in the area are too many to mention, but we did eat at Hella’s in Tarpon Springs twice. Our decision to stay in this charming home in Holiday, Florida was a great one!
