Harrington Cove Cottage

A lovely cottage in a beautiful, quiet and private setting. A deck overlooks the cove and is great for viewing the abundant and varied bird life, that includes bald eagles, osprey, loons, cormorants and various species of ducks. At times you may also see harbor seals pursuing schools of fish in the cove. The cottage has a well equipped kitchen and also has cooling and a whole house standby generator. NOTE: We allow dogs but not cats at the property. SMOKING IS PROHIBITED ON THE PROPERTY!

You won't find mobs of tourists here but you will experience a working lobstering village in Maine. The Appleton Retreat is less than a 30 minute drive to Belfast, Rockport, Camden and Rockland, charming downeast seaside towns.
