Appartement très bien situé avec jolie vue sur mer, bien aménagé/équipé, place de parking très pratique et très proche St Helier ; excellent séjour !

Perfect place to stay. The bed linen and towels were of high quality. I loved the bright kitchen with huge windows. Everything was extremely clean and well decorated. There was a warm welcome from Harriet. I would recommend this nice place!

We had a pleasant stay in this comfortable loft flat. It is well equipped and feels very homely. There is a beautiful view of the bay from the bedroom window. The flat is ideally situated to make walking into St Helier and St Aubin, along the spectacular beach promenade, very accessible. There is a bus stop in either direction almost on the door step. It had everything we needed for a lovely holiday. Thank you.

A short walk from the heart of St Helier, a stone’s throw from the promenade of St Aubin’s bay, and right on one of the island’s phenomenal bus routes, this well equipped flat is ideally located for the active tourist! Kirbs is a phenomenal host who was uber friendly, responsive and helpful. Probably the best host we have ever experienced.

It was a few flight of stairs to climb, not great for those who are not very mobile, but XiaoChen's husband helped with our suitcase on arrival and when we left, very grateful and useful. Location was great, in heart of town centre and close to lots of eating places. Plus the apartment had all the utensils to cook. Home from home.

Great apartment in an ideal location. Situated near to the beach and town as promised. Place was spotless with everything you need for a break away. Would highly recommend for a relaxing holiday.

We had a lovely stay, Matthew was there if we needed anything. Great location for local food shop and buses into St Helier and a lovely location for a clean and relaxing beach with great sunsets

This is a very modern, pleasant home in an excellent location. The close by supermarket is large and well stocked and the closest pub is friendly and has good food. Both are within just a few minutes walk. The master bedroom shower is fantastic! One small problem was the lack of sound proofing between the two larger bedrooms, but this was not a major worry. We would love to rent here again.

This place is fab. It’s exactly like the description, a large family house with great spaces for all. The downstairs is almost all open plan with a great boot room/ toilet. Upstairs it’s four beds, one en suite and one other bathroom. There is loads of outdoor space for relaxing or for the kids to play. It’s in St Peter’s so 10/12 minutes into St Helier and less than 10 minutes from the airport. Super location and a great host

The house was ideal for a family gathering and had all the amenities needed and more. Fixture and fittings are dated but this is reflected in the value for money compared to other holiday lets. Susan the host is very easy to communicate with and friendly. The house is right on a bus route, even though only one an hour, but takes you to St Helier and the airport. The bus is also very cheap compared to taxi prices! I would recommend the house to anyone visiting Jersey who does not want to spend a fortune on accommodation as it’s comfortable and the location is good as it’s close to the airport and a few shops.

we were concerned about front door which is not safe. we tried go inside through code digital but it was not easy. During daytime and evening we were not sure if front door is locked or not? Other things hot water is risky, too hot enough burn hand or body. The hot boiler needs control maximum temperature. Overall are fantastic

We had a lovely weekend staying at Santa Cruz. It was a great place to stay with our toddler as there was a comfortable travel cot for him and lots of toys for him to play with which he loved...especially all the dinosaurs! Graeme also responded quickly to our messages and the house was right on the bus route so we found it easy to get around without a car. Thanks for a lovely week!

We had a great week at Jade’s place on Jersey. Clear and detailed instructions and tips on what to do. Great location right on the beach so fantastic views every day. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, has everything you need and was beautifully decorated to reflect its location. Bus service was really good so no need to hire a car; loads to do; enjoyed the breakfast at the nearby Gunsite cafe and particularly enjoyed a walk to St Brelade Bay along a disused railway. One particular highlight was Sir Walter Raleigh at Elizabeth Castle - definitely to be recommended. Thank you Jade!

Very responsive and caring hosts. The property is on a busy road but well insulated so not noisy inside. Easy to walk in to town for restaurants and to get around the rest of the island.
