Such a cute place for a vacation! We all loved the pool and the fenced-in patio, it’s perfect for anyone who enjoys spending time outside. The deck facing the beach is also a beautiful spot to sunbathe and relax after a swim. We had a great time, and Michelle was very helpful and responsive whenever we had questions.

I took my mom and family to SGI for a Birthday trip and we loved our stay! The house is under renovation currently, but nothing related to the renovations got in our way. It was very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We really loved having the heated pool since the weather was still cool.

This was our 2nd year at Gina's house and we love it! it's cozy and in a quiet neighborhood and she is super sweet and helpful!

It was comfortable. We had everything we needed. And we loved the screened in porch!

Loved our first time staying on the Southern Comfort! Amazing back porch right on the river, loved watching the boats going by. For anyone concerned about movement of the houseboat as boats go by, it was not noticeable. We had a thunderstorm one evening with gusty winds and rain, and still did not notice any movement of the houseboat. Interior was very clean and well supplied. The location was perfect, we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants of Apalachicola. We will be back soon!

Everything about this home was amazing and exceeded my expectations! It was beautifully decorated with high end furnishings inside and out. The pool and courtyard area was beautiful, although it was too cold to use in Feb. Access to the beach was so convenient for taking walks on the beach. Also, the elevator was helpful for our 12 year old dog as she has trouble going up stairs, especially after a long walk in the sand. We enjoyed the breathtaking views and gorgeous sunsets on the back deck in the porch swing every evening. We enjoyed every minute of our stay and look forward to returning again soon. We had the best time at Shayla’s place! The house had everything you could need and was decorated beautifully. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet. Boardwalk to the beach was a minute walk and the beach was not crowded at all. We also really enjoyed access to the pool and pickleball courts. Lots of great places to eat in Cape San Blas, Indian Pass and Port St. Joe. Shayla was very helpful and responsive but we didn’t need a thing all week. The house was perfect. Would definitely recommend!

This home was so beautiful and clean. The location was perfect. It was close to downtown, food and the highway. I will Definitely be booking again.
