Note that although the house is a bungalow, there are steps up from the road to access it. No pets please.

Our self contained bedsit annex is ideally situated close to the harbour and local beach (300 meters away). It's ideal for a couple who want a convenient location, with free parking, good restaurants and pubs nearby. St.Mawes has local shops, two bakeries, a deli, seafood on the harbour, boutiques and amenities. It has easy links to Falmouth by foot ferry (weather dependent) and by car on the King Harry Ferry.

This is a family holiday home used by owners and so contains some personal effects.
