Absolutely AMAZING! We loved this place! The city views are breathtaking! The entire condo was clean and definitely gives off a home feel. I will for sure be booking this spot if I’m ever staying in Charlotte for a couple nights. Worth every penny! Host was also very nice, very friendly! Responses quickly and accommodates any needs! Connor and his cohost (Jessica) were absolutely wonderful! They genuinely care about their guest and showed this in the way that they communicated with me throughout my stay. There was a slight issue that I noticed shortly after my arrival. I was exhausted from my travel and immediately reached out to Connor and Jessica, and they did everything they could to take care of my concern to ensure that I was pleased with my stay. Their property is exactly as listed. It was clean and in a nice location. As other reviews have stated, the place is very comfortable and feels like home. If I'm in the area again for work, I will stay here without hesitation. Thank you Connor and Jessica for a wonderful stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Erica and Jared’s place! We were welcomed upon arrival with a sweet hand written welcome note and a cute table setting! Their place was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the amenities that were way above average such as cream and butter in the fridge, soaps, detergent, paper products, seasonings for cooking, plenty of closet space, luggage stands for easy unpacking and lots more! The location was perfect for our visit with our 23 year old daughter and located within a beautiful, safe and quiet neighborhood. Also close to parks, great restaurants and the fun uptown scene! An added bonus is that Trader Joe’s and Target is just a 5 minute drive. We will definitely book again for future visits to Charlotte!

My family of 5 stayed here for a long weekend. The rooms are really big and there is plenty of room. The neighborhood is extremely quiet! It is very well decorated and in great shape. We have friends that have a house on the lake and they were very impressed with the amount of space. I didn't have to look far for my wife, because I knew she was on the screened in porch! Our kids wanted us to sell our house and buy this one! Town is close enough for everything you need! 10 out of 10 would recommend! Jessica was very responsive via text message! Great Host!

Jaime's home was great and matched their listing page to the T. The house sets in a beautiful location of Badin Lake, within a cul-de-sac and was very quiet. Nothing negative to write about our stay and definitely recommend! May revisit in the future. 😊

We used the place for a songwriting retreat. The wide open living spaces are great for group activities. The kitchen had everything I needed to prepare meals for my team. It was me and 8 ladies from my worship team. The only complaint they gave me was that it was hard for 6 people to share 1 bathroom, but they all really enjoyed the stay.

We rented the lake house so my family and I can spend the holidays and my dad's 87th birthday together. We all had a great time! The place was really nice and the house is really spacious.

We enjoyed our stay at this location. There were 5 of us in town for a wedding and this home was the perfect spot to relax between events. It was clean, spacious, quiet, and in a beautiful location to enjoy the fall colors. I highly recommend this home!

We were in Charlotte for me to have major surgery. I am also in a wheelchair. The condo is very wheelchair accessible, wide doorways, room to turn around in bathroom. I ran into one minor problem, the bedroom sides of the bed were not wide enough for my wider wheelchair so i couldn't park right at the head of the bed, we made the foot of the bed the head for our stay and it worked out great. Everything else was great. We would definitely stay there again.

Great place in Charlotte - too many pubs/restaurants to list that are walking distance. The instructions were clear and helpful, the place was clean and bed was comfortable. If we are back in Charlotte we would definitely stay here again!

This is an incredible Airbnb. Right near downtown and yet leafy, peaceful. It’s the best condo in the building with views out 3 sides. The decor is really well done and not a single amenity or special touch is missing. Perfection is lots of little things done well! Will stay again.

Where do I even begin, first the communication between Sylena & I was amazing! Any questions I had were answered both professionally & promptly. I’ve been to multiple airbnbs before but never have i ever been to an airbnb that felt exactly like home, and never have I ever had such a wonderful interaction with a host the way I did with Sylena. She was sympathetic towards me and my family wanting a late check out, and allowed us to do so. She also made sure anything that we needed, we had. The location was convenient about 8 minutes from uptown and it was surrounded by many food places. I will definitely be booking with Sylena again, 1000/10 recommended. It would be selfish of me not to share how amazing my experience was.. however; it’s first come first serve lol so not everybody run at once, but RUN AND BOOK WITH WITH HER NOW!! :)

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey’s townhouse/ condo! The location is great with just a short walk to the middle of downtown Charlotte, making it super easy to explore the city. The place was very clean and had all the amenities listed plus more. If you’re looking to cook, there’s a fully stocked kitchen with any spice you could ever need, creamer & sugar for coffee, etc.. In addition there was shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, which you don’t find in all Airbnbs these days. The place is cozy, easy to access, and Audrey provides a great list of recommendations for all areas of the city. We’d love to stay again!
